Construction of Parking shed for mobile launch vehicles complete all as shown on drawings and as specified.

Point wiring complete with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLS copper conductor 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked, drawn through and including 20/25mm dia rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked and conduit accessories, onsurface roofs, floors truss etc, by means of saddles and clips etc, including provision of surface PVC gang boxes suitable for modular switches / sockets includingmodular type cover & plats of suitable module size for housing modular switches, sockets, regulators etc., including 1.5sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLS copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed for one light / fan /exhaust /bell point controlled by one 5 amps one way modular switch, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) The quoted rate shall deemed to include the cost of PVC terminal boxes,modular cover plates, provision of blank plates as per requirement etc. (ii) Quoted rate shall deemed to be include cost of making necessary chases in walls for inserting metal boxes and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing

Sub main wiring complete with 2 runs of 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100V grade standard copper conductor cable drawn through and including provision of surface non-metallic rigid PVC conduit 25mm dia ISI marked and its accessories and connecting terminal ends to DB's including providing 1 run of 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS standard copper cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Two runs of 2.5 sq.mm copper conductor, one run of 2.5 sq.mm copper earth continuity conductor and one run of 25mm dia conduit shall be measured as one unit length. (ii) Extra length of cable / wire required for connection to MCBs shall not be measured and the rate quoted per unit shall deemed to be inclusive of the same accordingly.

Sub main wiring complete with 4 runs of 6.0 sq.mm PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100V grade multistranded FRLS grade copper conductor cable drawn through and including provision of surface non-metallic rigid PVC conduit not less than 32mm dia and its accessories and connecting terminal ends to DB's including providing 2 runs of 6.0 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded FRLS grade copper cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Four of runs of 6.0 sq.mm copper conductor, Two runs of 6.0 sq.mm copper earth continuity conductor and one run of not less than 32 mm dia conduit shall be measured as one unit length. (ii) Extra length of cable / wire required for connection to MCBs shall not be measured and the rate quoted per unit shall deemed to be inclusive of the same accordingly.

Wall mounted Air circulator of fan 600 mm sweep, 1400 RPM, single phase, 230 volts variable speed and oscillating type including fixing arrangements with MS frame on pipe / beam as rquird at site for fixing all as specified/ directed.

Factory made epoxy powder coated MCB distribution board TPN 4 way double door MCB incomer and MCB TP ,with metal door IP -43 protection ,IK -09 as per IEC -61439-3 fabricated from CRCA sheet and fixed semi flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting and 200 Amps copper bus bar ,neutral bar ,standard DIN rail ,earth bar and cable ties for cable management ,top and bottom removable gland plates woth Knockout semi flush to wall and making good distrubed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.Note: All incomimg /out going MCCB/MCBs shall be measured and paid under appropriate item .

MCB SPN 40 Amps, 'C'curve, working on 240V ,50Hz, 10KA breaking capacity incliding electrical connection with the help of lugs/thimbles , complete all as specifeid and directed.

MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 'C'curve, working on 240V ,50Hz, 10KA breaking capacity incliding electrical connection with the help of lugs/thimbles , complete all as specifeid and directed.

MCB FP 32 Amps, 'C'curve, working on 415V ,50Hz, 10KA breaking capacity incliding electrical connection with the help of lugs/thimbles , complete all as specifeid and directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI earth wire of size 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel, GI earth strip shall be protected by 15mm dia GI pipe 'medium grade', watering pipe 20mm dia GI pipe 'light grade', GI wire meshed funnel, alternate layer of charcoal and salt on all side to earth plate upto a thickness of 150mm, filling of black cotton soil in earth pit upto GL, and connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 50mm thick RCC cover (1:2:4) type B1 mix with 8mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 75mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point, including testing on completion, complete all as speciified and as directed. NOTE:-1 Rate quoted shall deemed to include cost of excavation in any type of strata, RFR and removal upto 50metre, PCC pit, funnel and RCC cover plate.
