Windows /ventilators having frame suitable for dual shutter i.e. inner and outer shutter with grill, glazed and wire mess shutter and all fitting, fixtures accessories incl 6mmx12mm flat iron with 10mm square bar M.S. grills complete as specified and shown in drawing No CEAF/STD-191/2014, sheet 1/2 & 2/2 dated 11.12.14(4000 series).

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/ Steel /Aluminium frames glazed with putty or fixed with bead. (Old bead to be reused to fix glass) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 4mm thick frosted float glass and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Stainless steel 304 grade wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed to window frame complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 2nd class HW glazed and Skeleton 35mm thick shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauze etc (with out sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass. Gauze etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old unserviceable Cupboard incl all fixture and fittings. Note :- For measurement superficial area in elevation will be measured only.

M&L for repair to broken sides/bottom of roof projection , facia by all means i.e. either by cement plaster of any thickness or by cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (nominal mix) type A-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate etc, using chicken wire mesh to reinforce & form work as required with Two coats of Appex paint over primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (white/ tinted) on walls complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorative surfaces including scraping down smoke dust mould, mean cut salt and trading oils and greasy spot etc. on ceiling including cornices, plasters etc. (plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying one coat of white (lime) wash on old washed surfaces all as specified complete.

Taking down cement of cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (Cement plaster 1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 5mm thick cement mortar (1:3) as in ceiling, soffit of staircase, chhajjas facia etc including cement slurry etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing and applying two component based treatment having DGT of 1mm in two coats making an excellent impermeable coating by the name Dr Fixit Pidifin 2K. Surface to be prepared by cleaning with wire brush, removing all loose aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Refilling Lime concrete with brick aggregate (Course) in lime mortar1:3, 300mm thick in the sunken with the help of proper tools & equipments & plants complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Providing and making cement concrete in 40mm thickness in 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) mixing Dr Fixit Pidiproof LW+. Complete in sunken upto the below level of tiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
