Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 2 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to underground cable for protection with fine river sand and provide required cover after punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note : For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured. (Note: Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.)

M&L for common burnt clay building bricks (locally available best quality), sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 of size 230x115x75 mm to cover LT underground cables , laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 32 mm bore GI tubing “light grade” in trenches/ on pole for protection of cables complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Materials and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts and washers of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by galvanised iron pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and connected to earth test point and including cement concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20 mm graded aggregate) and pre-cast RCC cover slab of size 540 x 540 x 50 mm thick, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways and one handle for lifting made with 10 mm dia mild steel bar,funnel, wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanised (light grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary execuation and earth works in any types of soil complete all as shown on Electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR-I including taking out the old earthing material complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cutting cast iron pipes 150mm dia/ Existing and reducing to required length before laying in position for insertion of new tees, branches, etc Note :DI Fittings to be measured and paid seprately.

Supply & fixing of Tube of 32 mm, 'Medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Stop valve of 35mm, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and ditected.

Meterial and labour for construction of block masonary valve pit of size 60cmx60cmx60cm (internal dimension) and MS plate cover with angle iron frame, hings and locking arrangements and handle including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to distance not exc 50 mtr, rendering block masonary wall in cement motor (1:4) (internaly/externaly) and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces after dismentling old unserviceable one all as speciffied and directed by Engineer -in -Charge
