Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work for door, window,ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawlplugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rustfree, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleast angle, aluminium, snap beading for glazinge/paneling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws. All complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

b)For shutters of doors windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provisions for fixing of fittings

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partition etcwith PVC/neoprens gasket etc. Complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In_charge (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) a)Glazing with glass panes of 4mm thickness.

b)Glazing with glass panes of 5.50mm thickness

Providing and fixing fly proof Galvanized M.S. wire gauge of IS guage designation 85g with wire of dia 0.56 mm to windows and clerestory windows including 20x3mm all round frame (both side) with fixed in existing Aluminiium window/shutter with aluminium beads complete as per Architectural drawings and de ision Engineer-in-Charege (Cost of Aluminium shutter and aluminium beading shall be paid in basic items).

Providing and fixing 8mm thick twin wall Polycarbobate sheet in vibrant sapphire Multiwall for outdoor glazing. These structed poly carbonated sheet have ex cellelnt thermal with gasket even with incredibole strength and be cold format on site without splitting or cracking during fabrication

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping . a) Enamel paint other than white.
