Site Clearance Site clearance by way of removal of heaps of garbage, stones, cutting of bushes/trees etc. as per the directions of site Engineer In charge having approx. running length of about of 900 ft including using of all tools and tackles required for completion of job & shall have to be arranged by the firm including its disposal up to dumping site as directed by Engineer in-charge at site all complete.

Excavation Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, Cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lifts up to 1.5m, lead up to 1 m from cutting edge including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed. Cement concrete (Cast-IN-SITU) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level with: 1:2:4(1 cement: 2 Corse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including all carriage up to site of work all complete.

Formwork Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: foundation, footings, base of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Supply, installation, testing and successful commissioning MS pipes used as rising main as per IS 1239 of following specifications; Nominal Diameter: 300 mm Thickness: 8 mm Grade: FE 410 The pipes are to be welded from end to end after making of V groove with double row electric welding, electrodes used for carrying out the job meticulously with extreme precision using skilled labour tools, tackles; and oxyacetylene gas cutter for carrying out the job at site including all loading, unloading, shifting with leads & lifts. The Job includes Coating of the said Pipe with two coats of red oxide to overcome rusting. including P/F of MS clamps and foundation bolts wherever required to be fitted on CC blocks for holding Pipe firmly with all carriage up to site of work all complete.

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of 300 mm ND Long -bend 8mm thick, inside the Graveyard & Filtration Premises. The -bend is connected to both the ends of the pipe with double row electric arc welding including formation of V-Groove. It further involves coating of the bend with two coats of red oxide to overcome rusting with all carriage.

Remolding, Relaying/reinstallation of existing MS 300 ND rising main Pipeline by way of removal of nuts and bolts from flanged joints, and then shifting and stacking the pipeline to the desired position of its installation and reinstallation of the pipeline through proposed new route by way of connection the pipes by means of providing new nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. as per requirement and as per the directions of site Engineer In charge. All tools and tackles required for completion of job shall have to be arranged by the firm. The Job includes Coating of the said Pipe with two coats of red oxide to overcome rusting including P/F of MS clamps and foundation bolts wherever required to be fitted on CC blocks for holding Pipe firmly with all carriage.

Providing and fitting of 300 ND, PN 16 rating, Ductile Iron double flanged, non-rising spindle soft seated glandless gate/sluice valve as per IS14846 for regulating the water supply outside the pumping units in the rising main to be fitted on relocated rising main at a position as per the directions of site Engineer In charge. The body and bonnet of the valve shall be of ductile iron, wedge with fully vulcanized EPDM rubber (Approved for drinking water) and NBR seal. The Job includes all loading, unloading, shifting with leads & lifts including Providing & fitting of 02 No End flanges of 12mm thickness along with washers & fasteners of required size for fitting of valve. The sluice valve provided shall be provided with manufacturers test certificate. with all carriage

Providing, installation testing and commissioning of DN 50 single chamber DI Air release valve in 300 mm ND having pressure rating of PN16 as per ISI 14845. The job includes providing and welding of 50 mm Dia M.S. Flanged nipples along with SS 50 mm dia Ball valve, washers & fasteners required for fitting of valve as per the site requirements. The valve provided shall be provided with manufacturers test certificate. with all carriage

Filling with available fly ash and earth ( excluding rack) in trenches or embankment in layers ( each layer should not exceed 15cm) with intermediate layer of compacted earth ( soil density of 98%) after every four layers of compacted depth of fly ash, sides and top layer of filling shall be done with earth having total minimum compacted thickness 30cm or as decided by Engineer in charge, including compacting each layer by rolling, rimming and watering, all complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer in charge including filling of ditching at site.
