During Shut down and proper earthing , opening of both end Jumpers of 132 KV CBs at various Substation under ETD-I , Gorakhpur with all cost of men , T&P etc. required for work.
Dismantling of 132 KV , 1250 Amp. CGL / Alstom make SF-6 Gas Circuit Brekaer having pneumatic drive / spring charging mechanism installed of various 132 KV Bays at various 132 KV Substation under ETD-I , Gorakhpur by opening of support column , operating drive porcelain column , nuts , bolts , cable connection for DC, AC , tripping post and pre close supervision after due identification , earthing with all cost of men , T&P , vehicle etc.
Shifting of complete dismantled parts up to designated place at store including marshalling box and other accessories with all cost of men , vehicle , crane etc.
Modification in existing 132 KV CB old foundation base (As per new available breaker drawing) by providing of 02 Nos. MS Channel of size 150x75x6.5x10 mm of 4 Meter long required for each CB including all cost of channel , cutting in required size , making hole of 20/25 mm dia with gas cutter and smoothing with the help of grinder along with carriage up to site and proper painting ( total 10 Nos. CB) with all cost of T&P , material etc. required for work.
Providing and fixing of 02 Nos. 500x500x12 mm M.S. plate for each CB after painting of MS Plate by All. Paint in two coats at 12 hours interval including all cost of channel , cutting in required size , making hole of 20/25mm dia with gas cutter and smoothing with the help of grinder along with carriage up to site with all cost of men, T&P , material etc. required for work (for 10 Nos. CBs).
Providing of 20/25 mm dia 150 mm long HAG nut , bolt , washer for proper fastening of plate and channel as per site required with all cost of men , T&P , material etc.
Concereting of modified foundation base in ratio 1:1:5:3 with cement , sand , ballast in a size (4x0.5x0.5 m=01 Cub M) for each circuit breaker and curing for seven days with all cost of men , T&P , material etc. required for work.
Erection of 132 KV ABB/GE make SF-6 CBs at various 132 KV Bays at different 132 KV Substation under ETD-I , Gorakhpur including shifting of materials from storage place to site and all other associated work required for its proper erection with all cost of men , T&P , materials , vehicle, crane ( work will be done under Strict Supervision of Curcuit Breakers Service Enginee and Engineer incharge).
Jumpering of newly erected curcuit breaker at both end originally with old conductor or either new conductor after cutting , shifting etc. required for the work.
Laying of following size of control cable in the cable trench from control panel , relay panel to the marshalling box of 132 KV CGL CB including carriage of cable drum from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work.
2C x 2.5 mm2 Un-armoured cable.
4C x 2.5 mm2 Un-armoured cable.
6C x 2.5 mm2 Un-armoured cable.
Termination of dismantled old /Newly laid various sizes control cables including making necessary hole in gland plates where required. Supply and fixing of cable gland of appropriate size . Supply and providing ferrules and Nos. for each core of cable and its termination with all cost of men , materials , T&P etc.
Earthing of breakers with existing earth mat by cutting , bending , welding by 50x6 mm earthing strip (provided by the contractor) then its painting by green color in two coats.
Shorting of each & every part of supplied 132 KV breaker at storage place , its shifting up to road side area and loading on carriage vehicle from 132 KV S/s under ETD-I , Gorakhpur to other 132 KV S/s where required for safe carriage with all cost of men , T&P , vehicle etc.
Unloading of 132 KV ABB / GE make SF-6 CB complete in all respect at storage place of 132 KV S/s under ETD-I , Gorakhpur and proper stacking with all cost of men , T&P , crane etc.
Safe carriage of 132 KV ABB / GE make SF-6 CB complete in all respect from storage place of 132 KV S/s under ETD-I , Gorakhpur to other 132 KV S/s where required with safe loading and unloading with all cost of men , T&P , crane etc. as per details given below.
