Taking out (Up-rooting) of RCC Fencing Posts or Struts of any Section, embedded in Concrete (Demolition of Cement Concrete if required shall be Measured and Paid for separately) including necessary Earthwork and making good disturbed Ground, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition for brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removal or rubbish off the site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish off the site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches , n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits ,manhole pier hole, laying of cables, pipes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any kind of soil Note : Manual excavation to be done. During excavation if any damage occured to existing cable any type/ water pipe line, it will be contractor responsibilty to get it repair and make functional by providing jointing kit etc without any extra cost. Contractor has to repair it within 24 hrs so that essential service can not be effected due to such damage.If contractor fails to repair it within 24 hrs penalty @ Rs 500/- will be charged to contractor. In this GE decision will be final, conclusive and binding.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone/boulders hard core gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spred and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 14:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as foundation and mass filling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in PCC 1:3:6, type C1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for post holes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 (nominal mix)(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) coloumn, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) nominal mix as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete as directed.

M&L for Steel Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for fair finished surface of concrete Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as spd and directed.

S&F TMT reinforcement bar, conforming to Fe-500, 5mm dia and upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends as binding with and including mild steel wire (Annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with fly ash old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius build in CM 1:6 all as specified as directed.

All as per BOQ Item No 17.00 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 16mm thick granite (z black) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 20mm thick rendering cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces with adhesive mixture complete all as specified and directedcomplete all as spd and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping finished even an fair complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finished fair and even complete all as spd and as directed

Excavating in post holes ( or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as square grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290 .Gde-E-165 complete all as spd and directed

M&L for preparing of new steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of Red oxide zinc chrome primer zinc chrome complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over 1mm thick wall care putty on new brick surfaces complete all as specified.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors or in weep holes etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Laying and testing cable LT XLPE sheathed,PVC insulated screened PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip of wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with solid aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade, laid in trenches/surface of wall/in GI pipe along with pole for connection to OH lines,including brass cable glands,clamps,etc of 4 core 10 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F HDPE DWC (Double Walled Corrugated) of 750N with RR, complete with all fittings of 40 mm bore dia, laid in trenches / under roads, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing thermoplastic junction box for street light with pole clamp of size 140 x 190 x 100mm IP67 water proof and IK08 impact resistance for outdoor pole and wall mounting with knockouts for cable entry suitable for terminating 2 Nos 4 x 6/10 Sqmm UG cable including MS clamp with nut and bolt and cable glandes - 2 Nos, and four way terminal all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing thermoplastic junction box for wall light fittings of size 100 x 100 x 80mm IP67 water proof with cover for outdoor wall mounting with knockouts for cable entry suitable for terminating 2 Nos 10 Sqmm cable including MS clamp with nut and bolt and cable glandes - 2 Nos, and four way terminal all as specified and directed.

S&F Post Top lantern LED type 40 watt 230volt outdoor type with decorative post top for 360degree indirect light IP 65 Protection with impact and corrosion resistant suitable for service brecate dia 40mm GI pipe complete with all accessories including connected with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix outdoor LED wall light 15 watts Chip on Board LED IP66 up down luminaire including providing 75x75mm square MS bar bracket, necessary drilling on MS bar for cable entry and exit and mounting the light complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 2 core flexible 2.5 sqmm copper multistranded cable from junction box to street light with connectors/lugs/thimble on both ends complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 20mm dia exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing GI tubing 40mm dia light grade use for the protection of cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
