Taking down old existing water proofing treatment from the top of RCC/ arch slab, including taking down existing PCC padding or plaster and hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

M&Lfor 50mm thick average thickness of PCC 1:2:4 type B-O(using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in padding on roof finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&Lfor nominal mix concretes 1:2:4 type B-O(using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in padding on roof finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10mm thick cement paster in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 2 % by weight of cement finised even and smooth without using extra cement on roof surface when concreate is green and wall (WPC will be measured and paid seperately as supply only rate) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cutting grooves in brick/ concrete wall 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove and making good disturbed surface in Cement Mortar 1:3 after inserting APP membrane (Chasing shall be cut where height of parapet wall is more than 300mm.) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting chases ,pinning in brick work girth exc 10cm but n exc 20 cm and making good to facing where required and poining ein cement mortar 1:3 to ends of edges of landing, sun shades, chajjas, shelves etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for cutting of bushes small trees (Peepal small plants etc) trunks shrubs of any dia and girth from roof projection, chajjas , wall junction parapet etc at any height by necessary demoliton of brick work etc if requried and making good distrubed surfaces to match with existing finihes with and incl material and labore in Cement Mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC /PCC 1:3:6 type B0 /Bk work in Cement Mortar 1:4 as required at site and as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M&Lfor cleaning of concrete or plastered surfaces of roof and applying priming coat using with bituminous primer @ 0.30kg per Sqm followed evenly by a tack coat @ 1.20 kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen , over it laid with 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 Gm per Sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm & 100mm as per manufacturer’s instruction and applying over it a tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen bitumen @ 1.20 kg per Sqm and finally finished the top of polymeric water proofing membrane with a coat of bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.20 kg per Sqm as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified & directed. (including existing water tank on roof disconnected and after cleanig same position connecting)

M&Lfor surface Preparation: The surface to receive the treatment shall be thoroughly free of laitance, scales, oil or any other loose material. It should be made free of any sharp objects. Cleaning of PCC shall be done with wire brushing to attain smooth levelled surface. Cracks shall be rectified, filled using dual shrinkage compensated Repair Mortar and dried for 72 hours before laying the liquid applied membrane. Grout: Providing Chemical injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to the construction joint and cracked portion at 1m c/c by injecting cement slurry mixed with dual shrinkage compensated cementitious grout Injection grout additive, in the required consistency through the pre fixed PVC nozzles in the 18 mm dia holes, fixing of PVC nozzles with instant setting cement. Angle fillets/Coving: Providing and making of fillet, 50mm x 50mm on sharp corner of terrace with cement sand polymer mortar (add “multipurpose mortar”, 10% by weightofcement). First apply the bonding coat of Multi-Purpose Polymer 5-10% diluted in water and add to cement slurry. Apply the bonding slurry and apply the polymer mortar over the sharp edges complete all as specified and directed

Note: Grouting will be done when and where ever required. Treatment of pipe entry points: Preparing the inside surface of core and PVC /MS Pipe by roughening using suitable Sand paper to get better adhesion prior to packing works. Cleaning the surface by wire brushing followed water jet to remove any laitance or loose flaky particles. Packing the gap using free flowable non shrink cement polymer based grout up to the surface of the bore while the bonding agent is in tacky state. the periphery of PVC pipe should be sealed with Hybrid PU Sealant or dual shrinkage compensated Micro concrete Note: Will be done when and where ever required Application of Asian Paints two component Epoxy Primer (Resin & Hardener) on the cleaned surface for bonding of Polyurethane with the existing concrete surface. 33 % water dilution is recommended with the pure mixed primer. The primer mixing ratio will be 1:3(Resin:Hardner) Supplying, providing and applying waterproofing treatment to Podium area with single component highly elastomeric seamless cold applied modified PU coating complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and application methodology. The same coating shall be applied in two coats achieving a total thickness of 1mm. The coating shall have a dual combination of 280% elongation. Material coverage 1.2kg /sq.mt. (Note: Contractor is required to deposit 100% CA quantity to the Engr-in-Charge, within 15 days of acceptance of contract.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar incl all quoins arches pillars etc. complete all as specified & directed

M & L brick work with sub class fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radis built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed

M&L Brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 except bricks complete all as specified & directed

Taking down of cement plaster of any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified & directed

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces first layers 10 mm thick with cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concreate surfaces and second layers 5 mm thick with cement mortar 1: 6 with mixing of water proofing compound as per manufactureer's instruction complete all as specified and directed : Note:-Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid sepratly

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth on ceiling in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surface of wall by applying 2mm thick wall care putty and making the surface smooth and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over one coat of primer using roller for painting complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Preparation of old surface after complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical means and applying 2mm thick wall care putty over one coat of primer and making the surface smooth and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper using roller for painting complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation new plastered surface of of wall by applying 3mm thick wall care putty and making the surface smooth Finishing walls and applying Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) using roller for painting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of Complete removal of existing treatment plastered old surface of of wall by applying 3mm thick wall care putty and making the surface smooth Finishing walls and applying Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)using roller for painting complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparing plastered new surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling surface complete all as specified & directed

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc) sheet in roof coverings.complete all as specified & directed

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed

M & L for repair GI tubing concealed or open incl replacing of unserviceable GI fittings, medium grade ISI mark like elbow, socket, nipple, union socket, tee etc with the existing size complete including making necessary threading work to be carried out upto any height or on walls for 20mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S & F stack clamp out of 50mm by 5mm flat iron & 16mm dia round iron stays,including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 110mm nominal bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.
