Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level.1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) incl all carriage complete job

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:2:4(1 cement : 2coarse sand : 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) incl all carriage complete job

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 gradedstone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay maharaja bricks of special designation in walls including curing in :Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cemen: 4 coarse sand)

Ruled/flush pointing on white sand stone masonry surface with lime, surkhi and marble dust mortar in the ratio 1:1.5:1/2 one lime : 1.5 surkhi ( 50% red and 50% light yellow surkhi):1/2 marble dust ( the rate is inclusive of all materials and labours involved except scaffolding) (29.7)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc.
