Supply and fixing of M.S Grill window and Ventilator using M.S.Square Rod including Two coat of Primer over New iron surface with necessary arrangements etc complete.

Fly ash Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand)using size 9"X4 3/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification (FF)

Providing waterproofing treatment in roof by applying of insulation treament of 2 layers of approved brand and quality including cost and conveyance of the material and labour charges etc Complete -10m2

Flooring with Ellis pattern using 6mm chips (No sand to be used) including all cost etc complete.

Terrace flooring with one couse of pressed tiles of size 20 X 20 in cement mortar 1:3 mix with impermo oil 2% by weight of cement and pointed with same oiled mortar

Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) 12mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3,10 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Supply and apply of Wall Putty of approved brand and quality including cost and conveyances of the materials and labour charges for applying two coat of wall putty and gentle rubbing with theemery sheet to make the surface smooth and clean etc completed.

Paving the floor with Vitrified Marbonite tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

Providing Walls skirting with 10cm height in cm 1:3 mix ( one part cement three sand ) including labour charges for cutting , laying and pointing with coloured cement etc complete - 10 rmt

PAINTING new IRON WORKS for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars Weld mesh, wire mesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with TWO COATS of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over a base coat of red oxide primer in all floors.

Supply and fixing of mild steel door and window using all round "L" angle 25 X 25 X 6mm thick,cross bracing 20 X 6mm M.S.Flat with necessary locking arrangements including cost and conveyance etc.,

Supply of U-Pvc Casement Window & Ventilators at site by using with U-Pvc Profile JP 017 (58mm x 60mm 1.00 kg/m) for the outer frame .Total breadth is being divided equally in to two three or four openings (as per drawing).By using U-Pvc Profile JP 015 (78mm x 60mm 1.15 kg/m) for the shutters and the Mullion use U-Pvc Profile JP 019 (72mm x 60mm 1.20kg/m) and completed by fusion welding. All the shutters are fitted with 5mm clear glass with suitable U-Pvc glass bead. The windows are properly fitted with imported quality handles,SS 304 grade steel friction hings & Espengnett. use EPDM Material as gasket. All the profile are Reinforcement with 1.2mm GI Steel. Imported Anchor Fastners are being used to fix in the wall and fill with imported White sealant

Paving the floor with Granite Slab (super fine polished with machine cut edges) of sizes 1.2m x 0.60m and above of 18mm to 20mm thickness in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 25mm thick and white cement slurly layer of 3mm thick over this, laid in situ and pointed with white cement neatly and fixed in position so as to make perfectly smooth and shining to the alignment including cutting the marble slab to size with machine cutting polishing using different grade of corporandum stone, oxalic acid, tin oxide etc.,and including hire charges or polishing machinery etc., complete. Dadooing walls with Design Elevation tiles of sizes 1200mm X150mm X 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour l Set in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement ,two sand) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Painting with emulsion paint two coats over a base coat using good quality approved colour paint and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification
