TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF RCC POLE IN BUFFER AREAS

RCC FENCING POLES - Type - Straight length 2.00 meter. Dimensions bottom 10x10cm square, Top 8x8cm square. Cement Concrete Mix - Cement, Sand and metal ratio 1:2:4 with 12.5 nominal size coarse aggregate. Sand used should be free from clay and salt. Concrete mix shall be conforming to grade M-15 of IS 4996:1984 Certificate Compulsory. Reinforcement - 4 round vertical bars of 6mm diameter, 11 No. of stirrups of 4mm diameter round MS bars 20cm center to center. Hooks - 5 No., bottom hook should be provided 60cm above the bottom of the poles, second at 82.5cm, third hook 112.5cm, fourth hook at 150cm, top and fifth hook at 195cm from bottom.

Reinforcement - There shall be 4 Nos. fo Vertical reinforcement of high tensile steel wire of 4mm dia. Holes 6 no’s, bottom hole sh0uld be provided 50cm above the bottom of the poles. The central distance between the top and bottom holes shall be equally divided for remaining holes. J Hook shall be of 6mm Dia MS Bar with proper threads at one end and nut and washer for tightening purpose. These J bolts shall be pass through the holes of poles.
