Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.

Laying 150 mm. to 200 mm. boulder soling including rough dressing hand packing and ramming down small pieces in the interstics without rolling but including ramming.

Cost of stone boulder 150 mm size delivered ans stacked at site.

(I) Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40 mm size) excluding shuttering.In ground floor. (i) (1:3:6) proportion.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction (a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m (i) Tor steel/Mild Steel

Plum concrete work with 40 % cement concrete with 30 mm down graded stone metal and 60 % stone boulder of size 150 mm and above, placed in position as directed excluding shuttering if any. (i) (1:3:6) proportion

Hire and labour charge for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging up to 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thick ness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams,columns, lintels curved or staight including fitting fixing and striking out after complection of works. (up to roof of ground floor). (a) 25mmto30mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of the Engineer-in -charge.

Ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttring and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. River Bazree

125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:3) in ground floor.

Plaster ( to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering conrners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface]. With 1:4 cement mortar (a) 20mm thick

Plaster ( to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering conrners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface]. With 1:4 cement mortar (a) 15mm thick

(a) M.S. or W.I. ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S., W.I. flats and bars for windows ,railing etc. fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor. (Add extra @1% for each addl. floor up to 4th floor and @1.25% for each addl. floor above 4th floor). (ii) Grill weighing above 16 kg./sq.m.and above .

Wood work in door and window frame fitted and fixed in position complete including a protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frame excluding cost of concrete, Iron Butt Hinges and M.S clamps. (The quantum should be corrected up to three decimals). (f) sishu , Gamar, champ, badam, bhola, mogra, Hallak.

Panel shutters of door and window, as per design (each panel consisting of single plank with out joint), including fitting and fixing the same in position but excluding the cost of hinge and other fittings.In ground floor.(In case of non-supply of single plank, panel rate of reduction of 20% will be made).(ii) 40 mm.thick shutters with 19 mm. thick panel of size 30 to 45cm.(b) sishu,gamar,Champ,badam,bhola, mogra,Hallak, .

Supplying best Indian sheet glass panes set in putty (as per I.S. specification) and fitted and fixed with teak wood beads and nails complete (In all floors for internal upto 6 m height for external wall).(ii) 4 mm. thick.

(b) Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic enamel oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand parpering etc. in cluding using of approved putty etc. on the surface , if necessary.(a) On timber or plastered surface: 1) With super gloss (hi-gloss).(iv) Two coats (with any shade except white).

(a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand parpering etc. in cluding using of approved putty etc. on the surface , if necessary.(b) On steel or other metal surface: With super gloss (hi-gloss).(iv) Two coats (with any shade except white).

Applying exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plaster or concrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (mat finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. In Ground Floor:.(b) two coat.

Applying interior grade acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to received distemper /Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface thoroughly , complete as per manufactured specification and as per directions of the EIC.In ground floor.(b) two coats.(i) water based interior grade Acrylic primer.

Acrylic Distemper to interior wall, ceiling with a coat of solvent basedinterior grade acrylic primer (as per manufacturer's specification)including cleaning and smoothning of surface.Two Coats

Applying decorative cement based paint of approved quality after preparing the surface including scraping the same throughly (plastered or concrete surface) as per manufacturer's specification. In ground floor.(iii) Two coats.

(A) M.S. structural works with hollow in roof trusses with tubular sections (TATA make suare or rectangular shape conforming to IS: 806- 1957 & IS: 1161- 1958) connected to one another with bracket,gusset,cleats as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-In-Charge complete including cutting to requisite size, fabrication with necessary metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1956 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS: 814- 1957, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of all M.S. Hollow section, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour required for execution and all incidental charges (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete.(Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members of M.S. Galvanized corrugated iron sheet work (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 10 mm. dia J or L hook-bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty complete with 150 mm. end lap and one corrugaion minimum side lap. Galvanised iron sheet ridging fitted with necessary bolt, screws, washers etc complete. (225 mm end lapping).(A) 300mm laping each way.(b) With 0.60mm sheet.

Galvanized iron sheet eaves gutter fitted and fixed with necessary 50 mm X 6 mm.M.S.flat bar clamps bent to design, bolts. Nuts, washers etc. complete. Eaves gutter made of 0.63 mm. sheets.(300mm End lapping). (a) 225 mm. wide gutter.

Iron butt hinges of approved quality fitted and fixed with steel screws, with ISI mark.(iii) 75mm x 40 mm x 1.12 mm.

Anodise aluminium barred/tower/socket bolt (full covered) of approved manufactured from extruded section conforming to I.S.204/74 fitted and Fixed with cadmium plated screws:(vi) 200 mm long x 10 mm dia. bolt..

Anodise aluminium Aldrop/Sliding bolts of approved quality manufactured form extruded section conforming to I.S. specifictation (I.S.2681/66) fitted and fixed complete.(iv) 300 mm x 19 mm dia. Bolt.

Anodised aliminium D-type handle of approved quality manufactured from extruded section conforming to I.S. specification (I.S.230/72) fitted and fixed complete:.(a) With continuous plate base (hexagonal/round rod).(vii) 150 mm grip x 12 mm dia rod.
