Rendering of 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on bricks or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down existing plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :Rate for form work if reqd to be incl in the rate quaoted by the contractor.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on bricks or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement incl taking down & with two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat or primer on new surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Rate for form work if reqd to be incl in the rate quaoted by the contractor.

Rendering dubbing coat over damaged irregular surface of patches at colms, chajja, canopy and soffits, roof projections ceiling facia etc using GI Chiken Mess of size 0.25mm thick and 20mm aparture fixed with nails including necessary scaffolding arrangement (upto 5th floor of bldg) as required at site average 15mm thick in cm 1:4 over cement slurry coat thick @ 3 Kg/Sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm hick rendering in CM 1:3 furnished even and smooth including applying two coats of weather proof emultion paint including making of drip course as required complete including roughening surface of old concrete by picking sweeping clean and washing with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Rate for form work if reqd to be including in the rate quaoted by the contractor.

Material and labour for applying Two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior emulsion paint as approved of any shade/colour in camouflage pattern over a coat of primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cm 1:6 including demolition of existing brick work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Textured heavy duty exterior retrified tiles of size 300x300x10mm thick ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including a screed bed of 15mm thick in CM (1:4) over 30mm thick PCC (1:3:6) incl demolition/dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick as in flooring, over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 and dismantling existing floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in cement motar 1:4 and incl dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Renewing tiles in patches, area n exc 5 sq.m. including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles incl dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
