Construction of ROB with 1x42 m Composite Girder + 2x18 m Composite Girder + 8x24.0 m RCC T- Beam Girder, including bridge approaches with RE walls in lieu of existing manned LC- 396 at Km: 708/3-5 between Dandugopalapuram - Kotabommali stations and Execution of preliminary activities like Geo-technical studies, preparation of GAD plans, prepration of land acquisition proposals for various ROBs in Waltair Division of East Coast Railway.

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees, N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-B of Chapter-7 along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet, otherwise the offer is liable for rejection.

Definition Of Similar Work : - Any Civil Engineering Project comprising the construction of Road Over Bridges (ROB)/ Rail over Rail Bridge/ Major bridges/ Flyovers including both substructure and superstructure, with the following attributes: Superstructure: Construction involving Plate Girders/ Steel-Concrete Composite Girders/ Open Web Girders/ Bow- String Girders, PSC/RCC Girders. Substructure: Construction involving deep foundations (either pile or well foundations) for at least one major span.

N.B.: Tenderers must submit work experience certificates as mentioned above for similar nature of works completed/substantially completed in the last 7 years, along with all supporting documents duly selfattested/ digitally signed. No clarifications regarding credentials will be entertained after bid submission; incomplete/inadequate submissions will be summarily rejected.

All Optional documents to be submitted before signing of Contract Agreement/or at the time of submission of Bid.

Details of works completed/substantially completed during previous 07 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender has been invited as per the format vide Annexure-F, Chapter- 7 of the Annexed Document.

All documents reflected as Mandatory in the Commercial Compliance are to be submitted other wise the offer is liable to be rejected.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

In lieu of Bank Certificate, scanned copy of a cancelled cheque may be attached for verification of the above particulars.

The fabrication of Composite steel girder is to be carried out in the approved workshop of venders borne on current list of approved venders published by Bridges & Structures (B&S) Directorate of Research Designs & Standards Organization (RDSO), Lucknow- 226001 for "FABRICATION OF STEEL BRIDGE GIRDERS Part A & B" only. The tenderer has to upload the copy of approved letter of RDSO vender for " FABRICATION OF STEEL BRIDGE GIRDERS Part A & B "with the tender. Alternately, if the tenderer(s) is not having the RDSO approved workshop for fabrication of STEEL BRIDGE GIRDERS, they can have MOU with RDSO venders (FABRICATION OF STEEL BRIDGE GIRDERS) for fabrication of Composite steel girder and same is required to be uploaded by the firm along with the tender in this regard. The bids without submission /uploading of above said RDSO letter and without MOU with RDSO vender will be summarily rejected.
