M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B2 (40mm graded aggregates) as in columns, pillars, boundry pillars and posts (includig, caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steet Gde Fe-410-W as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS- 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and like including weathering slight rounded and throating complete all as specified and directed.

S&F non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat ceemnt slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm complete all as per specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames from the opening of size exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description of size exceeding 1 sqm and not exceeding 2 sqm each complete and refixing in the same opening after easing and adjustment to the required size complete all as specified and directed.
