M & L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and applying one coat wall care putty upto achieve the surface even and smooth for painting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of plastered surface distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's instructions

Material & Labour for preparation of finished walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5 to 8 mm thick any colour/ designs of PVC sheet incluseive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing including taking down wall panelling and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions and aluminium section joint with tia rod at corner in frame of door) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Chief including necessary require fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S & F powder coating of any colour (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair two(double) legged floor door stopper of aluminum body & tougues with hard drawer steel spring fixed in floor of 140mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 4.8 mm sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane including necessary require fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 4 mm thick Figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane including necessary require fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 'E' board everest 600 x 600 x 4mm thick white, prelaminated sett embossed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on hot dipped GI imposed grid with 24mm wide T sec exposed flanges which shall be pestered coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick GI sheet of size 24x32x300mm and spaced at 1200 mm C/C securely fixed to be structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm C/C. Hanger of GI wire 4 mm dia to be fixed by approved recoil plug, screw etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450 mm from adjacent wall. flash fitting of 1200 mm long cross tec (with double sticking) to be interlocked bet wean main runner at 0600 mm centre from 1200x600 mm to modules cross tec longer than 600 mm to be supported independency 600x600 mm do duels to be formed by filling 600 mm long cross tec centrally between the 1200 mm cross tec. Tec perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45 mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19 mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper condutor single core cable 1100 volts grade FRLSH ISI marked drawn through and incl non metalic PVC conduit, ISI marked of not less than 20 mm dia,Heavy duty , in PVC Conduit on wall/roof,/ on the surface along the roof as per requiremnt at site etc, with all connected fittings including MODULAR WHITE COVER PLATE WITH FRAME - 1 module/ 2 module/3 module/4 module/6 module/8 module/12 module, etc., MODULAR METAL FLUSH BOX - 1 module/ 2 module/3 module/4 module/6 module/8 module/12 module, etc., and including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sq mm green in colour as in earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and all metal parts of fittings including connected to near by switch board as specified and directed for the following:- Note:- modular switches, sockets, ceiling rose, regulators, etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose bakelite, 63.5mm 3 terminals with base plate ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, hanging rods , electric regulator and accessories , 230V 1200mm sweep , Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE 5 Star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Standard Wall Fan (400 mm sweep) 3-speed settings, pull cord operation, 100% copper motor, jerk-free oscillation, white finish as per the direction of engineer in charge.

S&F LED tube light fittings 1 x 20 W, 230V, complete with all accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with twisted flexible PVC copper conductor cable of 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose all as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M & L MS work ( clamp, Hook , nuts, botls for ceiling fan & exhaust fan) etc welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint for hanging with of Ceiling Fan all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
