M &L for Cleaning of RCC Under ground sump of capacity 100000 ltrs using following steps/stages including arrangement of necessary T & P, labour and chemicals all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. (a) Mechanised dewatering (b) sludge removal (c) High pressure cleaning (d) vaccume cleaning (e) Antibacterial spray (f) UV treatment. Note : Following guidelines will be followed while executing works under items (a) The cleaning will be done as per mechanised six stage process of RCC over head tank cleaning and results should be verified by the competent authorities. (b) Water required for the cleaning will be provided by the contractor at his own arrangements (c) The notice for the interruption of water supply will be intimated to the department in advance and efforts will be made by contractor to complete related work within 24 hrs to avoid prolonged breakdown of water supply in effected area. (d) M&L for removal of semi-solid/solid sludge extracted during cleaning and their disposal to suitable site are deemed to be included in quoted rate and will not be paid separately.

M&L for dismantalling of unserviceable water level indicator from Over head tank / UG Sump & S&F new water level indicator (Mechanical Type) on OH Tank / UG Sump. in position duly connected from plastic coated steel wire rope 8 mm dia passing over MS pulley 50 mm dia & hanging over calibrated scale on MS Sheet 3.15 mm thick including Painting of scale for letters with white colour over two coat of synthetic black paint and one primer coat on MS board with & including bracing, supports, clamps grouted on wall of tank at desiredc height and back plate etc fabricated from structural steel section with bolts, nuts, washers ,welding,bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts,in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primmer coat, one under and one finishing coat of red oxide.
