M&L for WMM 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers of 75 mm each using stone aggregate of grading as specified in table 400-11 of IRC publications viz specifications for roads and bridges works spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber by using 8 to 10 tonne tendom vibratory roller to required camber completed all as specified and directed.

M&L (DLC) Dry lean cement concrete in compacted layer of 150 mm thick using coarse and fine agg confirming to IS-383 and aggregate cement ratio not exceed 15:1 using minimum 150 kg of cement and all as specified in Para 601 of IRC publication viz Specification to achieve 7 MPa compressive strength in 7 Days consolidating using 8 to 10 tonne tendom vibratory roller to required camber all as specified and as directed.

S/L 10 mm thick sand cushion layer, filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 400 micron HDPE sheet (Polythene film colorless / transparent confirming to IS) over 10 mm sand filling all as specified and directed.

M&L for PQC ready mix cement concrete work in pavement of flexural strength 45 kg / cm2 (M-40 concrete) in field using minimum 450 kgs OPC of 43 grade per Cum thickness of concrete 225 mm thick with synthetic fiber reinforcement laid using mechanical paver / manual paver all as specified and as directed. Note : Synthetic fiber reinforcement measured and paid separately.

Supply only synthetic fiber reinforcement @ specified by the firm (rate of application as per manufactures recommendation / instructions and all as specified.

M&L Finishing surface of concrete pavements by brooming & belting complete all as specified.

Forming Construction joint 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with grade A sealing compound all as specified and directed.

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade A all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc, on roads pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified.

S&F Windsock with cloth made from polyester fabric with reflective tape, reversible type having one end 24” and 50 mm dia sock post with 8 ft long, with eye let and dori to tie complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidaly hearted, build in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed in walls as in weep holes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete in fdn type D-2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate), in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses , parapets and railings, upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, well bounded, bedded and solidaly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on wall in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L liquid water proofing compound conform to IS 2645-2003. Make Pidilite / Dr Fixit / Fevicol complete all as specified and as directed.
