Supply of Exterior Grade Primer, Compatible for Exterior Grade Paint [for External surfaces]. Primer shall be of superior 1st quality, of Asian Paints / Berger make / Dulux make & confirming to relevant BIS specification of latest edition. Primer shall be supplied as per job requirement, in sealed & water tight containers of 20.00 liters [maximum] and stacking in sectional store at Kaiga Township. Complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Wall Care Putty(Powder form), Putty shall be of superior 1st quality, Asian Paints / Berger make / Dulux make & confirming to relevant BIS specification of latest edition. Putty shall be supplied as per site requirement in 40 / 50 kgs. bags and stacking in sectional store at Kaiga Township, Mallapur etc. Complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Taking Delivery, Exterior Grade Primer & Exterior Grade Weather & Water Proof Paint from sectional store at Kaiga Township and applying One Coat of Exterior Grade Primer & Two Coats of Exterior Grade Weather Coat & Water Proof Paint Over Painted [old] Surfaces of concrete or masonry wall, RCC members such as columns; beams & other concrete surfaces including providing & filling Crack Sealing Compound in the cracks, preparation of surfaces by sand papering & Pressured Water Jet machine, cleaning the surface, surface shall be neat; clean & dry before application of crack sealing compound, Primer & Paint. Crack Sealing Compound shall be confirming to relevant BIS specification, of superior 1st quality & of standard make. Providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder / zoola, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 100 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Taking Delivery, Acrylic Washable Distemper from sectional store Kaiga Township, Mallapur and applying One coat of Acrylic Washable Distemper over the internal Old Painted plastered surfaces / concrete wall surfaces, ceiling, RCC members such as columns; beams & other concrete surfaces etc., including preparation of base properly / neatly, base shall be fully neat; clean & dry before application of Acrylic Washable Distemper , providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder / Zoola, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 100 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Taking Delivery, Interior Grade Plastic Emulsion Paint & Acrylic Wall Care Putty from sectional store at Kaiga Township, Mallapur and applying One coat of Interior Grade Plastic Emulsion Paint & applying Acrylic Wall Care Putty over the internal Old Painted plastered surfaces / concrete wall surfaces, ceiling, RCC members such as columns; beams & other concrete surfaces etc., including preparation of base properly / neatly, base shall be fully neat; clean & dry before application of Interior Grade Plastic Emulsion Paint & Acrylic wall care Putty, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder / Zoola, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 100 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Taking Delivery, Synthetic Enamel Paint from sectional store at Kaiga Township, Mallapur and applying One coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint, over the painted [old ] MS Steel surfaces / wooden surfaces [such as columns; beams, purlins, rafters, frames, door frames with shutters, window frames with shutters, ladders, platforms, handrails and all other fabricated & fixed MS Steel / Wooden members] including preparation of surfaces by sand papering [properly before application of Paint & putty], providing & applying Metal Putty for MS Steel surfaces & Wooden Putty for wooden surfaces [wherever required], metal putty & wooden putty shall be of standard make & of superior 1st quality, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder / zoola, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 100 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift & height.

Providing and laying Internal & External Cement Plaster, of 10 to 15 mm. thick [as per site requirement] in CM 1:4 to the masonry & concrete surfaces [new / old, repair / rectification / modification works including chipping & removing / dismantling of loose plaster] etc., rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finish including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the adjoining concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints & cleaning, curing, providing; fixing & removing staging / platform / zoola, collecting & disposing the generated waste & construction waste up to a lead of 100 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / heights.

Providing and applying [By brush application] One Coat of French Sprit Polish [French polish shall be of superior 1st quality, of Asian paints / Berger make / Duluxe make and conforming to the relevant BIS specification of the latest edition] over old [polished] Wooden surfaces including preparation of surface by removing existing polish, filling the gaps / cracks / holes with wooden putty, base shall be fully neat; clean and dry before application of French Sprit polish, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 100 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift & height.
