Amount

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding,(but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

Dimantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc., complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in gound floor and pavings n exc 15cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/Rectangular) area of each tiles exc. 0.11 sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:6 as bedding layer for floor finishes.

M&L Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/Rectangular) area of each tiles exc. 0.18 sqm but not exc. 0.38 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:6 as bedding layer for floor finishes.

All as per item No.04 above, but on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and incl backing coat of in CM 1:4 10mm thick.

All as per item No.05 above, but on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and incl backing coat of in CM 1:4 10mm thick.

M&L for Light shade Vitrified Ceramic tile 10mm thick (Square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile n.exc. 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in whit or coloured cement to match over 20 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 as directed

All as per item No.08 above, but on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and incl backing coat of in CM 1:4 10mm thick.

S & F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of 300x200x7mm thick tiles on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over rendering in CM 1:4 , 10mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete wall surfaces..

M&L for machine cut mirror polish kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 20mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including round nosing at corners ,rubbing and mirror polishing complete as specified and as directed.

M&L granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut 20mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed

M&L 20mm thick granite (of any type) tiles maching cut, in skirting/dado laid over in CM 1:4 10mm thick. rendering and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as directed.

M&L 100mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base under floor/path all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in flooring, surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base under floor/path all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm Wear proof topping as specified (incorporating an approved metallic floor hardener), laid on concrete floors and pavings and finished even and smooth complete all as specifed and directed. Note:- Metallic floor hardener to be measured and paid seperately

M&L machine cut cudappah stone slab as in cooking platform ,20-25mm thick over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to mathc the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including taking down.

S&F 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified
