Excavation in post holes in soft/loose soil n. exc 0.50 cum each, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25 cm including removing of surplus spoil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing in replacement mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc.; Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated), flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc. and similar works conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) including taking out/Dismantling posts or struts including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good to disturbed natural ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Flat iron for securing wire mesh is to measured in this item. (ii) Machine made screw nut bolt shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of this Schedule as supply only but labour for fixing shall be included in this item.
Supply only galvanised mild steel chain link fencing of any dia galvanised mild steel wire and any mesh (spacing) size as per site requirement (or as per existing size tobe replaced) as direccted by Engineer-in-charge, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The weight of chain link fencing shall be measured as per findings of BOO to be ordered and concured by Accepting Officer.
Fixing only in replacement chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire and including dismantling old rusted/broken chain link/wire mesh fencing of any type and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Supply only line wire mesh and nut bolts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this schedule
Supply and fixing in 10mm dia round bar as in line wire for chain link fencing cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc including taking down/dismantling old bars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply only mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 5mm to 10mm dia neck, not exceeding 5cm long, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
Supply and fixing galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing and tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staple or steel pins, etc including dismantling existing galvanised barbed wire of any type, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Each line of wire shall be measured and paid separately ).
Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, coping, bed block, for embedded fencing posts, fixing hold fast & similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete including fabrication as directed, including hold fast, locking arrangement, sliding door bolt, stopper etc conforming to Gde Fe-410-W (Gde E-250 quality B) including dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge
Dismantling of PCC tiles, interlocking tiles, Stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including removing rubbish material from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete ( 1:3:6), type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor, under paving, under interlocking tiles etc over rammed earth/hard core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and fixing 60 mm thick (M35 grade) precast interlocking tile/paving block factory casted (made by using PVC paver mould / Rubber paver moulds on Vibrating Table Machine) using grey cement and no pigment, shape haxagon / trigular / zigzag / I-shaped etc, as directed, specification as per relevant IS, having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm, laid over sand upto required thick layer and filling the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - (i) Sand for filling shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only but labour for spreding leveling shall be included in the unit rate of this item)
Supply only Fazilka/Zera (or any other approved sources) fine sand without silt for filling under interlocking tiles and the interstices etc and under floor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping / packing around chequered tiles/interlocking tiles/PCC jalli & similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for 25mm thick precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in louvers and jallies (measured solid) including all moulding but excluding frame and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary form work and including taking down old broken/rusted louvers and jallies complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolition of brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar in any description including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks (old serviceable bricks obtained from demolition/dismantled item shall be reused ) straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for brick work in half brick thick wall using sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
Material and labour for brick work laid flat as in floors/sides of drain using sub class 'B' old size bricks, bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:3) including taking out old bricks jointed in any mortar complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
Material and labour for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in kerb stone, quoin blocks, copings, kneelers, apex stones, boundary pillars, bed plates, bonders ( for stone walling), etc with plain fair faces, chamfers, weatherings, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc including form work and laying and setting in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling of old damaged kerb stone and removing the debris from site complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
Material and labour for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. (inner girth only measured) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel drains complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed plates, bends, plinth courses, copings, benching etc. rounded or chamfered edges complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or pointed surface of walls/pillars/cornices by brooming down or by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying two coats of cement base paint as approved tint/colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
