Demolition of stone block / PCC block masonry etc built in cement mortar above / below Ground level.

Excavation in trenches nexc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for fdn etc below GL and getteing out in hard / dense soil, including taking out old deteriorated foundation, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches nexc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for fdn etc below GL and getteing out in soft / diintegrated rock including taking out old deteriorated foundation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggs as in fdn filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded aggregate as in foundation including rafts footing, basement of slab and mass conrete.etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded aggregate as in retaining wall of any thickness etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundation, footing, base of columns rafts and raft beams sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work verticale or to bater for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning fillling in including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus rocks to a distance exc 100 mtrs but nexc 150m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling 40mm graded stone aggregate around mouths of weep holes pipes acomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for approved earth filling on rear side of the retaining walls to obtain desired ground levels brought by excavation from near by areas, lead exc 500m but nexc 1.0 Km including watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks with 1:2:4 mix, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar1:4 including use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm garded stone agg as in coping complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of guage nexc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited,spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone agg as in 75 mm thick sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60 mm thick M-35 grade factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block with approved colour, design & pattern as in roads and pavings parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mmthick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sandcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of alkali resisitant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates , wind ties , gutter supports ,builtup section supports etc complete all as specified and directed .

S & F MS Steel work in Rolled sections as Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc or other items, supports to existing towers etc framework for ACP sheet cladding etc and wind ties ,grills gratingin walls etc ,Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pes,including bolts, if required:hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle inges:large hasps and staples; chains;hand made sliding bolts; clamps;hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee pieceinserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers including notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bed plate, bolt and nuts complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparing to new steel/ Iron surfaces of any description exc 10cm Width or Girth and applying two coats of synthatic enamel paint over one coat of Red oxide primer complete all specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from walls incl racking out joints for etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering on external surfaces in two layers , first layer of 10 mm thick in CM1:6 and second layer on top 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 finished even & fair w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L prep of new plastered surfaces and Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair 10 mm dia GI wire winch cable of approved pattern and fixing to hoist tower incl clamping etc and nut bolts complete all as direced.

Taking down of old AC/PVC pipes 50mm bore including making good the distrubed surfaces.

S&F PVC(SWR) pipes 50mm bore as in rain water/drain pipes fixed to walls/ Mild steel posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC(SWR) bends 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining, resecuring incl tightening and making good staples etc to barbed wire fencing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Complete removal of old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps or by scrapping through wire brushes mechanically operated or hand operaed any number of coats, any width or girth from steel surfcaes of tower etc at height nexc 15m from GL & applying two coats of anticorrosive paint of best quality over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Complete removal of old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps or by scrapping through wire brushes mechanically operated or hand operaed any number of coats, any width or girth from steel surfcaes of tower etc at height exc 15.0m but nexc 30 m from GL & applying two coats of anticorrosive paint of best quality over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed.
