Taking down water heater (Geyser) of capacity 25/35/50 Ltrs for replacement & refixing in original location duly replacement as directed by Engineer-in-charge of any make after disconnecting all electric connections including hot and cold water connections, and painting / numbering at site etc Note :- replacement work and painting / numbering will be measured and paid separately under appropriate item here-in- after.

Labour for disconnecting assembly of Geyser 25 Ltrs capacity, any make/ shape, inspecting the serviceability state of all parts and carry out complete descaling of all serviceable parts such as inner tank, geyser assembly, thermostat, heating element etc with cleaning rod, brush or cleaning solution (chemicals) or any other suitable method and reassemble the geyser complete including replacing the unservicable parts with new parts to make the geyser serviceable complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No. 2 above but Geyser of 35 Ltrs capacity.

All as per item No. 2 above but Geyser of 50 Ltrs capacity. Note for item No. 02 to 04 :- Replacement of any un-serviceable parts required for making the geyser serviceable shall be measured and paid separately under respective item here-in-after as supply only.

Supply only stainless steel inner tank for 25 Ltrs capacity with any number of holes for fixing under item No. 2 here-in-before complete as specified and directed.

Supply only stainless steel inner tank for35 Ltrs capacity with any number of holes for fixing under item No. 3 here-in-before complete as specified and directed.

Supply only outer cover complete including top and bottom suitable for 25 Ltrs capacity geyser of any make, shape & size as per existing but gauge of MS sheet not less than 22 SWG for fixing under item No. 2 here-in-before complete as specified and directed.

Supply only thermostat rating operated on 220 volt AC suitable to adjust the temperature from 0º C to 80º C complete as specified and directed.

Supply only heat resistant rubber ring of existing size to the lower and upper housing of geyser, any make / size complete as specified and directed.

Supply only Air release valve (weight type) complete as specified and directed.

Supply only fusible plug type air release valve complete as specified and directed.

Supply only Neon Indicator lamp of round/rectangular shape / size / colour complete as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement galvanized iron nuts, bolts and washers (not exceeding the size 50 mm x 6mm) or existing size complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement 15mm dia stop cock, cast copper alloy, out side thread, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement bib taps 15mm bore, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle , screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement PVC connection 15mm bore, 450mm long in any position with both end brass nut with inner threading and washer suitable for cold water connection complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall mounting fan any height of bldgs, type and size for replacement and re-fixing in same or in other location or depositing to MES store yard of AGE E/M (W) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of ceiling fan body, down rod by one coat spray painting with synthetic enamel white paint, rewriting MES No in capital letters neatly as directed in black paint all as specified & as directed.

M&L for strip opening of unsv fan of any type and size identify the defect, over hauling by removing dust from field coil, armature, providing lubrication, greasing on bushes and bearings for smooth running complete with and including replacement of unserviceable parts such as screw, check nut, washer, split pin, lock nuts, connectors, Gun metal bushes/ rubber reel/bearings including jointing, soldering of wire, reassembling the fan and checking it mechanically and electrically for its proper holding and smooth running etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Gun metal bushes/rubber reel, bearings of desired size will be measured and paid under relevant items.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan of size 1200mm to 1400mm sweep fans AC single phase any make, model with supper enameled copper wire of with proper size and proper insulation material such as varnish, cotton tape and sleeves etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for making hole in wall of size 300 mm dia for fixing of exhaust fan and making good the disturbed surface as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down desert cooler of any capacity/ make and in any position from site and re-fixing the same in existing location after necessary replacement/overhauling work/ painting etc complete all as directed. Note:- replacement/ overhauling / painting will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for cleaning the inside & outside surfaces of desert cooler body till clean and clear smooth surfaces and after prepration of surfaces painting the inside surfaces with & including one coat of red oxide primer and painting of outside surfaces with & including one coat of synthetic enamel paint and oiling and greasing of fan kit/ exhaust fan and pump motor and replacement of unserviceable worn out nuts, bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacements, new wood wool pad covered/ packed by GI wire mesh suitable for desert coolers of any size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacements, new submersible pump motor 18 watt of existing make suitable to operate at AC 230 volts single phase supply suitable for desert cooler complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out the burnt winding of fresh air fan of 375mm to 450 sweep from desert cooler and rewinding the same with and including superior quality enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge and No of turns including proper insulation with top quality insulating material such as varnish, glass paper, sleeves, cotton tape and replacement of gun metal bushes/ bearingas and re-fixing the same into its original position and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacements, capacitor of 4 MFD capacity suitable for desert cooler complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F in replacements, 3 Pin plug top, 5/6 Amps, 230 volts fixed on desert coolers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of water proof ply wood 6mm thick in replacement, cut to shape as required and fixed on wall/ window/ cooler opening with and including necessary nuts & bolts/ screws with gully etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of desert cooler's body in replacement, over all size 0.75Mx0.75Mx0.88M having tank size 0.75Mx0.75Mx0.20M made out of 22 gauge PGI sheet by means of fabrication welding/ rivet jointing with and including front grill of size 0.46Mx 0.46M alongwith provn for air flow direction, 03 Nos perforated side panels of size 0.68Mx0.61M of each including wood wool pads not less than 3.50Kg/ Sqm with and including provn for water flow from tank to pads i.e PVC flexible/ hard pipes of required sizes alongwith necessary PVC fittings but excluding submersible pump and also having electric control panel consisting of two nos 5 Apms switches, one no rotary type speed regulator switch and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer on all internal and external surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of PVC front grills of desert coolers in replacement of existing size with and including piano type switch complete all as specified and directed.
