Dismantling fencing of any description ie chain link, barbed wire fencing, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts/struts (Steel/RCC/wooden posts) rafter/purlin in any description including making good to disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/stone boulder masonry work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) ground floor and paving n exe 15cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class - B bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius n. exc 6 m in old type brick thick walls, built in C M in 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 8.00 above but except brick complete all as specified and directed. (old brick to be re used in this items)

M&L brick work with fly ash 'brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' 'brick in any radius built cement mortar 1:4, half brick thick wall complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11.00 but except brick complete all as specified and directed. (old brick to be re used in this items)

M&L walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick/stone masonry surface rendering is to be even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolt posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm long but n.exc 10cm long and dia of neck not less than 11mm to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel round bars as line bars for fixing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanished fencing of any size 4mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire any mesh, size and type of standard rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel membrane complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 25.00 above but fixing only complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Chain link fencing (75mm x 75mm x 4mm) as approved by Engineer-in-charge/GE including taking down existing barbed wire/chain link fencing round bar, without dismantling of existing RCC/MS angle iron fencing post complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing/resuse old round bar and flat iron obtained from item No 13 above complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails staining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured).

Restraining & rescoring only including making good staples etc to existing loose barbed wire complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing the area/site including cutting of bushes/shrubs etc and making good the site complete all as specified and directed

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates angle or other covering door, cooler stand etc to be prepared for handing or sliding with including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Frames work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars, shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, stops etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes complete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete type B1 ,1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoins, block(for masonry) string courses coping, kneelers, apex stones pier caps, column post, boundary pillars, bed plates, lintel blocks, anchorage blocks bounders(for stone walling) corbels, brackets, etc, (of any section indicated) with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering throating etc and setting in cement mortar complete with joints to match with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 75mm thick steel fibre reinforced (SFRC) man hole cover with iron frames (medium) complying to the standard specifications as mentioned in the IS 12592 BIS Standard, minimum load bearing capacity 5 ton/sqm, in square, rectangular or circular shape complete all as specified & directed.

providing precast cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) (12.5mm graded aggregats) louvers and jalies 40mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame (pre cast frame shall be measured separately and paid for under respective items complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) (20mm Graded aggregates) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin block (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. Kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-range blocks, bonders (for stone walling) Corbets, brackets etc (of any section indicated) with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering’s, throating etc and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old existing Chain link fencing by removing rust by rubbing/scraping with wire brush and applying two coat of Aluminium paint over a coat of Aluminium red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : The work is executed three stages and each stage i,e priming coat, 1st & subsequent coat shall be approved by Engineer in charge/GE.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surface of any description not exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in - Charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces by removing rast by brushing/rubbing over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in - Charge.

Supply & fixing stainless steel (Gde 304) letters made of hollow tubes, plates including welding, grinding, buffing polishing fittings per size and design approved by GE with necessary frame work where required, made of mild steel hollow section of 25 mm SQ pipe, necessary accessories required for fixing and in any position up to 9 mtr height. all steel surface will be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint. for measurement purpose height of the each word will be measured complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304), ornamental gate, railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc, including laser cutting, welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including laser cutting and fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing Formation sign board made of acrylic sheet( 2 mm thick) 50 mm height as per design and size approved by GE fitted with required lED light. The sign will be fixed on board made of 4 mm thick ACP board including necessary frame work made of 25 mm sq pipe. the board will be fixed in position with necessary fixing screws with WPC sheet base size 3'x3' complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge . For payment purpose the size of ACP frame will be Measured.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete as floor sub base complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Vibrator moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size mixed with grey cement and without pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade and fixed with dry sand over sand cushion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15-18mm thick Granite (Any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 600 x 300 x 7 to 8mm thick Matte finish Wall cladding glazed vitrified wall tile set and Jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match over 10mm rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Design and pattern of tiles as directed by Engr-in-Charge)

M & L for Cleaning of drain including removing buildup and debris from drain to prevent clogs and ensure proper water flow complete all as specified and directed.
