Dismantling posts/strut (wood, steel or RCC ) any section including taking out embeded in natural or concrete ground including taking out embeded portion and making good complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type or in any position complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering and mixed with earth around, inlayers not exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete omplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing pre cast reinforced cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded aggregate) in fencing posts/struts etc. average section area exc 100 and n.exc 250 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wires (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or secured with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wires (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or secured with clips as in stirrups, spacer, and binder complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for round bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required for fixing of fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC Vinyl coated GI Chain link mesh of size 50mm x 50mm made out of 3.60mm dia GI Wire 1.00mm thick on both sides PVC Coating all as specified and as directed Note :- (a) The dia of mesh wire after PVC Coating will be 5.60mm. (b) The PVC Coating shall be green in colour (c) The GI Chain link mesh with PVC Coating shall be weighed for the purpose of payment.

Re-fixing old PVC Coated GI Chain link wire mesh all as specified and as directed

S & F in repairs, Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (Each line wire to be measured for payment).

S&F mild steel bolt having dia of neck exc 12mm but not exc 20mm purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exc 30 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel works such as hand rail, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion drilled and counter sunk for baluster, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc wind ties for roof including securing with bolts post and strut in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed dilling holes notcning for wire etc, flat iron fillets for securing fencing mesh including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc and similar work using rolled section confirming to Fe-310-0 or Fe-410-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete FE -290 Gde E-165 all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for mild steel Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete FE -290 Gde E-165 all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete, (1:2:4), type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) for fixing of angle iron, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ concrete wall/ ceiling etc. including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces wall / ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface by complete removal of existing treatment or on newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of exterior weather proof (Apex ultima) paint over one coat of primer of same manufacturer of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall/fencing posts and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall/ fencing posts and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base all as directed

Dismantling stone slabs tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-2 , (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate ) , finished even and smooth without uisng extra cement all as directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinths protection and as in path finished even and smoth without sing extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor 75mm thick PCC (1:5:10), type E2, using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigment to match with and including cement screed bed 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed
