Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent type Diesel Engine driven Generating set with relay panel and switch gear for automatic starting on main failure with acostic enclosure duly approved by Nodel agency ARAI Pune or equivalent fully wired 415 volts ± 5% AC 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz having capacity 30 KVA/24KW continuous rating, power factor 0.8 (lagging) and connections as per IE Rules. DG Set mounted on common base plate with anti vibration pad mounting including foundation cum platform as recommended by manufactures and all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge consisting the following:- (a) Diesel Engine:- The engine shall be multicylinder four stroke, 1500 RPM, Radiator water/ coolant cooled turbo charged complete with instrument panel electronic governor, starting battery with lead, exhaust pipe and silencer pipe with suitable insulation by glass wool and aluminium cladding , safety devices and other standard fitting etc complete as per IS-10001/1002 part -II 1980 and BHP suitable to the generator. (b) Alternator:- The alternator should be designed for an output of 30 KVA/24 KW continuous rating at 0.80 PF as per IS: 13364 RPM, 1500 including self existing and self regulating control panel with accessories, brushless design, electric supply terminal box with gland earth terminals etc complete all as specified. (c) Fuel Tank:- The fuel tank shall be mild steel suitable to hold fuel for not less than12 hours runnning capacity and shall be including fuel level indicator , fuel line from tank to the engine etc complete all as specified. (d) Note :Foundation of DG set to be made as per OEM drawing and cost of foundation work to be included in the quoted price.
Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC , Luman output shoul not be less than 120lpw, IK Rating should not be less than 10, surge protection should not be less than 4 kv internal and 10 kv external, Total Harmonic distrortion should be less than 10, outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with dual driver 45W each, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete. Note : Service centre is required in the same district where installation is to be done. LM 79 certificate from inhose testing facility should be provided by contractor at the time of supply of material.
Supply and fix 80W LED AIO Solar AIO Street Light with built in Mono Crystalline Panel, Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LiFeP0 4) Battery, MPPT Charge Controller and PIR Sensor complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-31 (9.0 metre long) including CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as per IS 2713 Part -I & II including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed portion and making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer to embedded portion of pole including making good to match existing area complete all as specified and as directed.
S&F Street light bracket arm of length not less than 1.2 m made out of GI tubing, 32 mm bore, light grade fixed to pole, etc with suitable size flat iron clamp, nuts, bolts including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel surfaces, zinc cromes in MS clamp size 40x5mm complete all as specified and directed
S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars of shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework water tanks and similar work hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 4 core, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 16 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point
M & L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable all as directed.
Supply & spreading in trenches sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.
M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed.
S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality A conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20 mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and as directed.
Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 30 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
