Digging/Drilling of bore holes upto the depth 8.0 meter by machine in all kind of soil, sand, clay murrum, soft rock and hard rock etc. complete, truly vertical with equipment and labour etc. complete in all respect as per direction of engineer-in-charge:- Bore hole of (200mm dia) 8” dia (final depth will be decided by EIC )

Providing and Lowering of PVC casing pipe confirming to IS make upto the top of Hard rock and placing MS hollow pipe in side the boreholes upto full depth complete in all respect as per direction of engineer-in-charge:- a. PVC casing pipe of (200mm dia) 8” dia having wall thickness 2mm to 3mm. If rock not encountered casing will be placed upto full depth of boreholes as per direction of engineer in charge.(MS pipe will be measured under structural steel items.)

Providing,laying and grouting in position self flow cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 8 to 10 mm) for pouring in 200 mm dia bore holes and hollow Tubes, including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawings (Self flow concrete design will be submitted by the contracting agency for prior approval of EIC)

Removing of casing pipe and dismantling of concrete around the MS tube upto final excavation level.Making MS tubes surface neat and clean for welding of MS sheet all,with equipment and labour etc. complete in all respect as per direction of engineer-in-charge .

Dismantling brick work in Cement mortar carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of materials and dispoal of unserviceable materials within 100 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling of RCC works carefully manually without damaging adjacent structures excluding cutting of reinforcement including stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling plain cement concrete manually / by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling Bituminous road including stacking of serviceable materails and disposal of unserviceable materials within 200 m lead - Bituminous Road

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-20 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticisers / super plasticisers), weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications up to Plinth Level

Extra for RCC Using Ready Mix Concrete from outside project area including transporting and pumping from approved batching plants

Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings.Steel supplied by the contractor

Using TMT bars of specified grades of all sizes. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor from the own plants of SAIL, RINL or TATA make only using virgin materials

Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications.

Using materials produced by the own plants of SAIL , RINL (Vizag Steel) and TATA only using virgin materials. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections using materials produced by SAIL / RINL (Vizag Steel) / TATA. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials

Providing and fixing hand rail using 304 grade Stainless Steel pipes of approved size and make and quality by welding, mirror / matt polishing, fixing at site etc. for balcony railing & staircases railing including special sections as per drawings, specifications. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing, fabricating and erecting form work (For Plant buildings and mass reinforced concrete work only) at all levels and places wherever needed/specified as per drawing including striking with 12mm Plastic coated, marine resistant waterproof ply with adjustable steel props of acceptable Staging system and with sufficient bracing as approved by Engineer in charge. Cost to include designing of proper form work and staging system to suit the requirements,Submission of design calculations and shop drawings for approval,sealing the joints with heavy duty brown self adhesive tape, aligning to line and levels including M.S. Ties, PVC Spacer, Providing openings/ cutouts/ pockets, applying deshuttering chemical, Deshuttering as per specification and instruction of Engineer in charge etc., complete including cost of material ,labour and staging/scaffolding at all levels, heights and profiles

Providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc., and removal of formwork for foundations, footings, bases of column, Walls, (any thickness) and beams including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. , for mass concrete including cost of all materials, labour. complete as per specifications. all upto plinth level (Applicable for mass reinforced concrete work only)

Providing and fixing centering and shuttering and removing for concrete work ( reinforced concrete only) including strutting, propping, bracing, bolting tie bolt / spring coil / plastic cone, wedging, easing, striking, removal and for coating with approved mineral shutering oil ( REEBOL of FOSROC / equivalent ) to prevent adhesion etc, complete. ( All works above plinth level upto floor height of 4.50 meter.)

Providing and fixing centering and shuttering and removing for concrete work ( reinforced concrete only) including strutting, propping, bracing, bolting tie bolt / spring coil / plastic cone, wedging, easing, striking, removal and for coating with approved mineral shutering oil ( REEBOL of FOSROC / equivalent ) to prevent adhesion etc, complete. ( In superstrusture at all height above floor height of 4.50 meter and upto 20.00 meter.)

Extra for additional height in centering, shuttering where ever required with adequate staging, bracing, propping etc. including cost of de-shuttering and decentering at all levels, over a height of 4.50 m, for every additional height of 2.0 meter or part thereof as per specification, and instruction of engineer in charge -Suspended floor,roofs,landing, beams and balconies (Plan area inside the building is to be measured) NOTE - For item 29-(d)- This item will be a part of item 29 -© Plan area over every 2.00 meter height will be considered for measurement. Last end from the bottom of slab Less than 2.00 meter height will not be considered

Providing , centering ,shuttering Form work by using steel plates, timber planks for PCC and minor structures including necessary strutting, proping, without staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Enginner-in-charge

For Sub Structure (applicable for Minor work & PCC only)

Providing and laying 50 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardner topping under layer 38 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 and top layer 12 mm thick wearing surface with metallic floor hardner, cement being mixed with metallic floor hardner of approved quality and make in the ratio of 4:1 (4 cement and 1 metallic floor hardner) by weight and this cement hardner compound mixed with 6 mm down graded stone aggregate in the ratio of 1:2 by volume including providing and fixing 25 X 3 mm aluminium strip,This includes cost of cement slurry, finishing to the required finishing and cleaning neatly while handing over the areas etc. complete as per specifications and drawings.

Providing and constructing brick work in cement mortar using Standard bricks of approved quality / class, make / brand in super structure above plinth up to Floor-II level in all shapes and sizes including curing, raking out joints complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Brick work in Super structure with standard bricks in C.M 1:6 Using crushed Sand

Providing patented cement based water proofing treatment from outside to Basement, lift pits, trenches, and other underground structures during construction, consisting of a water proof layer over cement concrete 1:3:6 bedding finished with Rough Shahbad stone of about 20 mm thick, well pointed in the joints with cement and approved make waterproofing compound as per manufcturer's specification and continuing the treatment after completion of floor slab & side walls on the outer face of walls up to 300 mm above the adjacent ground level complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The total treatment of waterproofing treatment shall be around 75 mm for floors and 35 to 40 mm thick for walls.

From 0.00 to 6.0 m depth using river sand / crushed sand

Providing cement based water proofing treatment to the new terraces, chajjas, cleaning the concrete surfaces, giving injections to the top slab as required with cement and approved waterproofing compound solution to fill up all inherient holes, voids, honeycombs etc. in the concrete slab, setting brickbat coba in waterprrof mortar with necessary gradient for easy flow of water and continue the treatment along the inner faces of parapet or other adjoining wall up to a height of 300 mm in thew shape of vattas, with waterproof plaster finished smooth with trovel in cement / geru with false markings of 300 mm squares complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

With Average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm using river sand / crushed sand

Providing 20 mm thick External plastering in two coats under layer 12 mm thick with C.M 1:4 (using crushed sand) finished with a top layer 8 mm thick in C. M 1:3 (using crushed sand) including approved water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications, sieving of sand to required fineness, scaffolding up to 10 metres height, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 15 mm thick Internal plaster in cement mortar 1:4 without cement punning (using Crushed Sand) finished smooth, including sieving of sand to required fineness, preparation of the surface, scaffolding, curing all as per specifications, drawings and as directed at site complete.

Extra for cement punning for all types of mixes complete all as per specifications and as directed

Providing and laying Self levelling Epoxy flooring , including preparation of the surface, primer coat,screeding & levelling coat and finishing coat with Polyurethene coat of approved colour and shade of approved make all as per manufacturers specifications complete as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge (This Job to be carried out through a specialized approved agency) (a) 3 mm thickness

Providing , painting and finishing walls with two coats of exterior emulusion paint of approved make on sand face plaster/ plain plaster & concrete of required shade over new work including base coat of water proofing cement paint, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and painting two (or) more coats with Epoxy paint at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including a priming coat if specified by the manufacturer, preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing with sand paper to remove dust, dirt etc, after first coat Epoxy based trowelling compound if required, including preparation of the surface by scrapping, applying sand paper,by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing, making free of rust, dirt etc. filling the holes, joints, cracks if any etc. complete.all as per manufacturers technical data and as directed at site to acheive 200 micron film thickness (50 micron primer coat + 150 micron finishing coat).

Providing, supplying and fixing hollow metal flush steel doors 40 mm thick of approved make consisting of door frame and shutters and all hardware fittings, frame made out of 14g thick G.I sheets and shutters made of 16g thick sheets, hollow portion filled with puff, including necessary stiffners in shutters and frame, vision panel of specified size with 4 mm glass and clip on pressed steel frame for vision panels, fixing 4 nos heavy duty stainless steel 304 grade ball bearing hinges, mortise / dead lock of approved make, a pair of 200 mm long stainless steel handles, 250 mm long stailless steel tower bolt, etc. frame hollow portion filled with PCC 1:2:4, necessary hold fast embedded in concrete, fixing in concrete with anchor fastners. finished with Polyurethane painting of approved colour complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Fixing Anchor Fastner of approved make including drilling in concrete as per requirement for fixing Eps or other structures all as specified by the manufacturer complete all as per specifications and drawings.
