Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below/above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing membrane and cleaning roof, plastered surface etc preparing the surface to receive plaster by brushing with wire brush and fanning the surface to remove all loose dirt etc and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick surface as in roof with integral water proofing compound 3% by the weight of cement in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed. (Note: Integral WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base flooring 40 mm thick surface finished even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface complete all as specified & directed with the followings :- (a) Apply bituminous based primer confirming to IS: 3384-1965 @ 0.30 kg/sqm. (b) APP modified bituminous membrane 3mm thick with non woven polyester core of weight not less than 3.2 to 3.5 Kg/sqm laid and bonded to the sub strata by heat process, over laps of 100mm shall be sealed/fused by flame torch application as per manufacturer instructions. (c) Applying bituminous based aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kgs/Sqm in two coats over APP membrane

Taking down rolling shutters of any size complete all as specified & directed

Supply and fixing of steel rolling shutters as per IS-6248-1979, made of required size MS laths interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the ends by end locks mounted on shafts (50 mm dia) heavy duty, thickness of lathe 1.20mm, grade II springs, guide channel 3.15mm thick, bottom plate 3.15mm thick gear oprated shutter with bevel gear box and crank handle, hood cover 1.20mm and 1 coat of red oxide primer including necessary concrete bed blocks with PCC 1:3:6 of size wall width x 150mm x300 mm and finishing with plaster 15mm thick in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters ( with out taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4.0 Sqm each with shutters ( with out taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Second class hard wood 30 mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc with out sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I section 8 clause 8.20 (a) complete all as specified and directed.
