OEM should submit valid certificate to proof of Manufacturer. Offers from authorized agent will be considered only if they submit tender specific authorization letter from manufacturer, failing which their offer will be ignored/rejected summarily without aking any further reference to them.

The bidder/OEM, either directly or through an authorized reseller, must have successfully supplied at least one (01) Hysteroscope Machine of any specification to any PSU, Central/State Government Organisation, or PPP project during the last three (03) years from the tender closing date. The bidder shall submit documentary evidence such as Purchase Order, Installation Certificate, Receipt/Delivery Note, etc. along with the offer, failing which the offer shall be liable to be ignored.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

In case of procurement for a value in excess of Rs. 10 crore, the local supplier shall be required to provide a certificate from the statutory auditor or cost auditor of the company (in the case of companies) or from a practicing cost accountant or practicing chartered account (in respect of suppliers other than companies) giving the percentage of local content. (Refer 29.2 (b) of IBD (V- 3.0) of ECR for more details).

Offers from allied /sister concern firms: In case of allied /sister concern firms, only one of the allied /sister concern firm is eligible to participate in the tender as per IRS conditions. If more than one allied /sister concern firms participate in the tender, offer of all the allied /sister concern firms will be ignored.

The detailed CAMC conditions are enclosed in Annexure-A attached. The CAMC may be separately entered by the consignee after completion of warranty period.
