SCHEDULE 'A'

Outsourcing of operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant 700 KLD at 'C' Zone for (electrically operated containing the machinery of following capacity through out (3 shifts per day including sunday and holiday) with one skilled operator per shift and maintaining desired level of chemicals by dosing of required quantity of chemicals provided in the system including tracing out and rectification of the minor leakage in pipe line/valves in entire network, including providing and maintaining the log sheet for pump sets and Engine all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) All chemicals required for smooth functioning of STP shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items as mentioned below. (a) Main Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 700 KLPD at 'C' Zone with electric driven pumps of the following features. (i) Non- clogging pumps in Equilisation tank of capacity 2.48 kw -02 nos (ii) Non- clogging pumps in sump well no. 1 of capacity 3.75 kw at 'C' zone MAP accn -03 nos(iii) Non- clogging pumps in sump well no. 2 of capacity 3.75 kw at ;C' Zone STP -03 nos(iv) Reactor feed pumps -02 nos.(v) Air blower -02 nos.(vi) Hypo dosing pump -02 nos. (vii) Filter feed pump -02 nos.(viii) Filter press centrifuse-01 nos. (ix) Rcc floculator tank-01 nos.(x) RCC MBBR tank-01 nos.(xi) RCC tube settler tank-01 nos.(xii) RCC CCT-01 nos. (xiii) RCC FFT -01 nos.(xiv) DMF -01 nos. (xv) ACF -01 nos. (xvi) RCC Sludge holding tank -01 nos. (xvii) DWPE Dosing system -01 no. Note :- (i) It is the responsibility of the contractor to rectify and make good the damage to the installations/accessories if any caused by the operator during his duty.

Note :- (Contd...) (ii) The contractor is responsible to maintain the installations and the surrounding area in a presentable manner through out the period. (iii) The shift timing shall be decided by the Engr-In-Charge and liable to change as and when required.

Out sourcing of cleaning of Oil and Grease chamber, Screening Bar and Centifuse filter press and removal of cake be carried out by one sweeper employed twice a day for pumps and DG set at Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 700 KLD at 'C' Zone for (electrically operated containing the machinery of following capacity through out including cleaning the pumping sets, control panel, pump house building and removal of vegetation upto 10 mtr arround the installation as and when required including providing and maintaining the log sheet for pump sets and Engine all as specified and as directed.

Note :- (i) All chemicals required for smooth functioning of STP shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items as mentioned below. (ii) Cleaning of Oil and Grease chamber, Screening Bar and Centifuse filter press and removal of cake shall be carried out by one sweeper employed a day . (iv) The contractor is responsible to maintain the installations and the surrounding area in a presentable manner through out the period. Taking sample of water from Treated clear water tank of STP of capacity 700 and 205 KLD and gettting tested from PHED,water test to be carried out by Directorate of PUBLIC HEALTH ENGINEERING OFFICE by collection of sample from clear tank for physical and chemical and BACTERIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS to be carried out in every month and report shall be submitted to the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Sodium hypochloride Calcium based, high strength chlorination chemical for water disinfectant in any form granular or in liquid form in factory sealed HDPE container (45/50 Kg each), chlorine concentration level 40-60% and delivered at STP under GE Bengdubi complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- Declibac / RAMCO / POTTER & WATTS Corporation or equivalent approved make)

Supply only Poly Electrolyte chemical complete all as directed. (Make : Declibac / RAMCO / POTTER & WATTS Corporation or equivalent approved make)

Supply only Poly Aluminium Chloride chemical complete all as directed. (Make: Declibac / RAMCO / POTTER & WATTS Corporation or equivalent approved make)

Supply only De-Watering Poly Electrolyte(DWPE) chemical complete all as directed. (Make : Declibac / RAMCO /POTTER & WATTS Corporation or equivalent approved make)

Material and labour for surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep getting out in soft/loose soil for cleaning and cutting of grass/bushes (at zero level) in and around the installation / yard and spreading thin layer of anti-vegitaion chemical to prevent abnormal growth of grass/bushes including removal of surplus soil as directed. (Note :- The above item shall be carried through out the contract period as and when required, shall measured and paid once only)

Cleaning of underground sewage well of diameter 5 mtr & depth 9 mtr by using pump set or bucket & mug etc complete all as directed :- Note:- (a) Removing muds, silt sand etc from inside of tank and depositing in pit (depth of pit not less than 1.5 mtr) to a distance n.exc 50 mtr from tank including exacavation of suitable size of pit and returning, filling etc cleaning of tank with water and all as directed. (c ) Removing moulds, moss,foreign materials etc from the internal surfaces of tank and from the mouth of pipe by scrapping with steel brushes or steel scrapping, disposing off waste materials to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and cleaning the internal surface with clean water. (d) Spreading the thin layers of bleaching powder over the entire internal surface area 142 sqm, of tank internally and washing with clean water. (e) Applying one coat of lime wash to the internal surfaces.

Dismentling of non - clogging sewage submersible pumping set of 5/ 7.5 HP capacity from and transportation to workshop for repair dismantlng of pumping set complete segregating the serviceable parts for re-use and removing the defective parts, repair the pump throughly including machine work re-assembling the pump set after hundred percent satisfaction. Repair and rewinding the same in the respective bore well making all electrical connection and commssioning testing complete on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge (new spares will be measured and paid separately).

Repair of non cloging pump submersible type by checking and cleaning throughly and replacing the following defective parts, reassembling the same and testing including installation in position all as directed. (a) Line shaft - 01 Nos (b) Bearings - 02 Nos ( c) Water seal - 01 Nos (d) Casing king key - 01 Nos (e) Gland - 02 Nos

Supply and fixing in repair of dosing pumps incl taking down of unsv one of model V-12 of Make- Milton or equivalent model of Aquafit/Declibac.

Supply and fixing in repair the following spares for dosing pumps at various incl taking down of unsv one of model V-12:-

Varistor assy

Ring seal teflon

EPU Coil with thermostate

Stroke knob

Pump panel box assy

3/16 " x 3/4" pan head screw

Pulser with varistor

Supply and fixing in repair the following spares for dosing pumps at various including taking down of unservicable one of model V-13:-

Taking out of non clogging centrifugal pump set of capacity 3/5 HP from foundation after disconnecting from motor /suction and delivery pipe and transportation to workshop, dismantling the same and segregating of serviceable and unserviceable parts repairing and overhauling the pump set after replacement of the following parts and machine work and re-setting to the existing position connecting motor /all pipe line and commissioning and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as speicified and directed.

All as per item No17.00 but for 15 HP non clogging centrifugal pump set.

Taking out of old 20 HP induction motor of 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz from the existing position after disconnecting all electrical cable earthing and pipe line/pump connection and transportation to workshop, dismantling the motor and rewinding the same with existing guage super enamelled copper wire of approved make varnishing the same and heating properly in heat chamber, re-assembling the motor after replacement of DE/NDE bearing terminal box all rusted nut and bolts and install the same to the existing position and apply 2 coat of synthetic enamel paints after successfully repairs and testing complete as specified and directed (MAKE - Kirloskar /Crompton bearing of motor as required at site shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for repair/replacement of unserviceable parts from LT panel after disconnecting the electric connection and re-connecting after repair work including providing necessary lugs terminals connection cleaning and refittings /resetting coild NOC-1 and NOC-2, single phase preventor, nut volts, amp meter, volt meter, indicator switch etc. (The unsevicable items will be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevent items of schedule 'A' /BoQ.)

Supply only MCCB 4 pole 100 A 25 KA (Make:- Legrand / Schnider / Siemens).

Supply only MCCB 4 pole 63 A 10 KA (Make:- Legrand / Schnider / Siemens).

Supply only MCB 'C' series, TPN, 40 Amp, (Make - Legrand / Schnider / Siemens).

Supply only MCB 'C' series, TP, 20 Amp, (Make - Legrand / Schnider / Siemens).

Taking down air blower of capacity 500 CuM/hrs, RPM 1700, BHP 17.4 from the existing position after disconnecting all electrical connection and transportation to workshop for repair for un-serviceable parts complete and removing the defective parts, repair the air blower throughly including machine work and re-assembling the air blower after hundred percent satisfaction and commssioning testing complete on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

M& L for cleaning of MBBR Chamber 1&2, taking out bacteria media and clean the same with suitable equipemnt as directed by enginer-in-charge and refill the cleaned bacteria media in cleaned MBBR chamber 1&2, testing the same all as specified and directed

M&L for painting of Pipe line with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for weather coat painting of Collection Chamber, Equilisation Tank, MBBR Tank, Sedimentation tank, Filter tank all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 9360.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 31). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
