Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

Tenderer Has To Upload All Qualifying Documents As Mentioned In Tender Documents And Also Should Upload Dully Filled And Signed Tender Form With Seal And Signature ( Technical Part )

The bidders agrees and abides for all the terms and conditions specification in the tender document laid down by the KOMUL

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The tenderer should be a Manufacturer who must have manufactured,tested and supplied the materials / equipment(s) similar to the type specified in the schedule of requirements up to at least 80% of the quantity required during last 3 years.

Others -- Relevant Documents

The Bidder should be a manufacturer / Supplier of items specified in Tender and should be in Business for last 5 years

Others -- Proof of document to be furnished

The Bidder should have satisfactorily completed minimum 3 Projects of similar nature of Machinery / Equipment for reputed Co-op and Corporate sector

Others -- Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence in support of the satisfactory completion of the contract. Completion Certificate to be submitted

Capabilities of Vendor

For Authorised Dealer/ Supplier the supply quantity is upto 30% of the total tender quantity during last 3 years.

Others -- Relevant Documents

Financial Status

The Bidders financial turnover in the same name and style in any one of the last 3 years, shall be above Rs.10 Crores. Turn-over Certificate by Auditor

Others -- shall be enclosed as proof of Financial Turn-over

The Bidders has to submit Audited Balance Sheets and I.T. Returns for last 3 years. Reports on financial standing of the bidder such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets and auditors report of the past three years, bankers certificates etc
