Fire Alarm system (FAS): Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of analogue addressable type fire alarm system as per relevant Indian Standard specifications and conforming with relevant specifications of fire authorities of local Municipal Corporation, and as directed by E-I-C and consisting of the following: Note. 1) The work shall be carried out by licensed agency complying Maharashtra Fire prevention & Life safety measures Act 2006 with latest amendments. 2) The scope includes liasoning with CFO, Mumbai Fire Brigade office & preparation of documents for obtaining Fire NOC. 3) Scope includes submission of factory test report of detectors, break glass and hooters and main panel and final inspection at site. 4) The Panel shall be suitable for networking using open technologies such as TCP/IP, Rs 485, modbus.

Multisensor Detectors: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Intelligent addressable smoke detector unit working on multisensory detection technology with optical, heat detector sensor with inbuilt fault isolator complete with base.

Manual Call Point: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of dust and vermin proof Addressable Manual Call Point/ break glass/pull station (square type/round type suitable for wall mounting surface/concealed) etc. alongwith required accessories.

Loop powered Sounder : Supply ,installation, testing & commissioning of Wall Mounting Alarm Intelligent loop powered sounder.

Response Indicator : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Response indicator suitable for connecting in parallel to the multisensor & wall mounting type with provision of 25mm dia conduit entries ,painting & other materials as complete as per specifications & of E-I-C.

Fire Alarm Panel: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of min. 2 loop Fire alarm Panel suitable for wall mounting complete with operating front, 2 loop cards, interconnecting cables etc. as per instructions of EIC.The scope includes installation / mounting of FA panel with angle iron frame work etc. without extra cost.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 12 relay transponder with surface mounting housing box and interconnection & integration with emergency voice evacuation system as per instruction of EIC.

Wiring for Fire Alarm System : Wiring with 2 nos. 1.5 sqmm FRLS-PVC insulated Shielded twisted pair copper cable/wires in existing 25mm Dia. concealed/surface MS/PVC conduit (HMS variety) including the cost of crimped termination’s as required, complete as per instructions of E-I-C.

Surface FA System Cabling: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 2C x 1.5 sqmm shielded twisted pair Cu cable with G.I. wire/strip amoured, PVC sheathed cable fixed on wall/ column / slab on 5mm. thick GI spacer/MS flat support fixed with wood screws with 20 SWG GI saddle etc all fixing accessories or in existing HDPE pipe/ PVC mini trunking etc. as per instructions of EIC.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 8 zone digital System Controller complete in 19'' Rack mountable Dual tone, integration with existing Fire alarm system, control for Speech & Music, tone generator & Speech Processor with relays for activating tone & pre-recorded fire alarm messages etc. Note: Scope also includes interconnection of existing FA panel( adjacent to proposed PA console ) with PA controller including testing & commissioning of interface of integrated FA-PA system.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of double section wall mounted pivoting type 19" racks of the 15 U height, 600 mm depth rack having safety glass door & with standard accessories, including power supply panel, fans, cable manager, full cable entry plate with brush at top & bottom etc. complete as required & as per instructions of EIC. The scope includes installation / mounting of 19" racks with angle iron frame work etc. without extra cost.

Digital Power Amplifier : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 19''rack mounted class-D 2X500 W Power amplifier with on board DSP power for local signal processing, Switched mode power supply, Local audio inputs, Mains and battery operation and supervision, complete with following types as specified in the tender specifications and as per instructions of EIC.

Call Station: Basic Call Station with Power 'ON' indication, status/fault indications, priority level of destination is higher than that of the pending announcement indication, Supervision of microphone capsule and with built in On board DSP power for local audio processing. The call station basic can make manual or prerecorded announcements to any pre-assigned zones. The call station shall be provided with 18" gooseneck type microphone. The call station shall be provided with built in numerical keypad. The call station shall be fully supervised and must supports failsafe operation. Even if the network controller fails, the call station shall be able to put through emergency calls.

PA system cabling: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 2 core twin twisted 48/0.2 ATC, multi stranded, overall PVC insulated and armoured cable (Blue colour) on surface/ above false ceiling including cost of GI spacers, saddles etc. and including the cost of termination’s as required, complete as per instructions of E-I-C. The cost of mounting base boxes & the cost of providing cable glands etc shall be included in the scope of work.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3 kVA double conversion (online) rack mountable UPS with single phase input and single phase output configuration with min. 10 minutes battery backup at 100% load using inbuilt sealed maintenance free batteries, flexible chord with plug in existing network rack as per instructions of EIC.

CABLE TRAYS AND CABLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM : Supply & Installation of following sizes of ladder type sheet metal hot dip galvanized cable trays with C profile side channel & C profile rung of spacing 300 mm centre to centre complete with horizontal and vertical bends, reducers, tees, cross members and other accessories as required and duly suspended from the ceiling / wall with supporting arrangement hot dip galvanized MS angle / MS flat / MS channel / hangers / threaded rods etc. as required as per specifications and instructions of E.I.C.

Supply, installation of GI pipe of B class sleeves in beams/column/slab for passing electrical cables/conduit as per instruction of E-I-C.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 6A/10A/13A multistandard modular sockets with 13A switches mounted on surface high strength readymade modular plastic boxes The scope includes interconnection of socket & switch with 1.5sqmm FRLS PVC insulated Cu wires. All switches & socket outlets shall be as per preferred makes.

Supply, fixing & installation of pre mixed & ready to use M/s. HILTI make fire stop foam FS-One Max in 300ml bottle for sealing openings in electrical shafts, Telephone shaft, raceways & cutouts, hump pipes & where ever required & as per instruction of EIC. Note: The work of foam application should be done through authorised applicator.

Supply, fixing & installation of pre mixed & ready to use M/s. HILTI make firestop mortar CP 636 for sealing openings in electrical shafts, Telephone shaft, raceways & cutouts, hump pipes & where ever required & as per instruction of EIC.

Supply & fixing of rigid self adhesive photo luminescent AUTOGLO sheet for indoor of different sizes & signage’s as per instruction of EIC.

Providing and fixing danger plates made of mild steel 200x150mm at least 2 mm thick & vitreous enamelled white on both sides and with inscriptions "Medium Voltage" in single red colour on front side as required.

Emergency Luminaire : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of LED luminaires complete with accessories etc on surface of slab/beam by 2 nos (minimum) of 6 mm anchor fasteners or on wall with 2 nos of wood screws, nylon plug etc., suitable supporting frame fixed with rag bolts grouted on the wall/anchor fastener on the beam/on the column & other fixing accessories etc provision & connection with 1.5 sq.mm multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC wires etc., all as per drawing, specifications & as per the instruction of E.I.C. Notes: 1) Sample luminaire/fittings shall be got approved from Dept. with complete technical data. 2) All luminairess shall be with drivers. 3) Cost of mounting accessories shall be included in luminaires cost. 4) The lumen output indicated is minimum system output of luminaire. 5) No negative tolerance is allowed on minimum system performance parameters indicated in the SOQ and specifications. 6) The CCT of the luminaire shall be decided at time of work execution.
