The job includes supply of plates, transportation of plates within / outside plant area, edge preparation, rolling, forming of shell courses, dish ends, transportation of all materials to site, welding, erection, aligning, radiography, fixing of all cleats/ brackets / supports, ladders/platforms, nozzle domes etc, all ND test as specified, stress relieving, Quality Assurance, Inspection & Expediting, Third Party Inspection, hydrotesting, calibration for the complete mounded bullet. Job also includes the supply, fabrication, erection and testing and all other related works including approval of " As built" drawings, certificates of control, mechanical completion, commissioning and submission of final documents as per scope of work and handing over the bullet to NRLafter successful PGTR of the facilities | ||||
