Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 3 metre deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1 : 4 : 8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation , drains, posts etc complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L form work to footing,plinth beam , column and similar items including edges for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) but not less than 0.9 mm dia conforming to Fe-410 - 0, complete all as specified.

Discription all as above item but 5mm dia and over up to 10mm dia in stirrups and binders omplete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete Design mix M-25 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, footing omplete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete Design mix M-25 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Columns, beam pillars, piers, posts and struts omplete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre high from the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with broken stone complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping , bed plate etc. with slightly chamfered or rounded angles including necessary form work, if any required, and finishing exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing approved liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

S &F Mild steel framed work for joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed dependently without connecting plates, etc. (Cot to ordinary lengths i.e within 20mm of the length indicated), conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A, including two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete confirming to Gde Fe 410-O or Fe 310-O.

M &L for drain covers with plain faces using RCC 1:2:4 type B1 and set in CM 1:4 including formwork complete all as specified.

S&F DWCPE(SN4) 200mm dia (Internal Dia) pipes,snap fit coupler and rubber ring incl testing and laid and properly jointed laid in trenches to a level on concrete bed complete all as specified.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in finished floor of 25mm thick, complete all as specified.

M&L for Non - skid Coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but notexceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed inneat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as directed.

S & F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire febric 50x50mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped,wired and laid in position complete all as specified.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws up to six storey bldg complete as specified and as directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 .
