Installation, Testing & commissioning of 1.5/2.0 Tr. Split type AC both indoor/ outdoor unit incl. S& F of 40 X 40 X 5 mm MS angle iron frame for installation of ODU and sealing of the holes in wall created during the copper pipe connection between IDU & ODU by proper sand-- cement plastering and painting (both inside and outside) to match up with the original finish mending good the damages to complete the instn as per direction of EIC

S& F laying of - (i) gauge copper pipe 5/8" 0.7 mm thick for suction (ii) copper pipe 1/4" 0.6 mm thick for discharge (OEM make) with 9 mm thick thermal insulation foam nitrile / rubber / K Flex / Accroflex with max saddling with max 1 mtr distance both for suction & discharge pipe and mending good the holes & damages as directed by EIC. (extra length for distance of ODU & IDU exceed 3 mtr.)

S& Laying 4 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated & unarmoured copper wire (make-- Finolex/Havells/KEI) for 1.5/2 Tr. Split AC machine (extra length for distance of ODU & IDU exceed 3 mtr.) with max saddling with max 1 mtr distance as per direction of EIC.

S & F of flexible PVC high quality water carrying pipe of proper size for draining water from already installed AC to any available (nearest) drain water pipe or near to ground level and the pipe must be properly saddled with the wall incl. proper insertion of the flexible pipe to drain water pipe and sealing the entry with required materials like PVC tape, High quality sealing the entry with required materials like PVC tape, high quality sealing gum etc. as reqd. All these arrangement for fixing must be arranged by the agency itself as per direction of EIC.

Dismantling , shifting & re installation of 3 KVA On line UPS from Natun Bhawan server room to SSB Server room

Febrication of iron Bracket/ platform which consist of five nos.75 x 40 x 5 mm 'C' channel aprox length of each 1.4mtr. as main support, 50 x 50 x 6 mm iron angle for main frame & cross angle support from wall to structure, 25 x25 x 5 mm iron angle for safty guarding fram, 25 x25 x 5 mm iron angle for making 450mm wide both side platform of out door unit for future maintenance work, it should have the facility to install Two outdoor unit of split AC machine at middle of the bracket and sufficent space should be maintained both side of the outdoor unit for maintenance work also have suitable angle support between wall & bracket and painting the same incl. drilling holes in each Angle including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with (1:1 ½ :3) cement concrete etc. and painting the same as per direction of EIC.
