Taking down existing external finishing of walls/ceilings of any type and any thickness and any height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers first coat 10mm thick and second coat 5 mm thick both coats using WPC surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge Note : Water proof compound will be measured and paid seprately.

Demolition of RCC in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided

M & L RCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for chhajja complete all as specified and as directed

M& L use and waste formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges for chhajjas rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to lengths bent to shape required incl crancking bending , hooking ends and binding with mild steel wires ( annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

M & L rendering on ceiling surface 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on stone surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Ball bearing for rolling shutters.

Taking down existing roof treatment including cement mortar and removing the debris all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 ( using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) for roof curves rounded or chambered on edges complete all as specified and as directed

Cutting V grooves 15mm X 15mm in existing roof or terrace and cleaning out and filling /making good with epoxy based compound NITOMARTAR PE of FOSROC chemicals as per directions of manufacturer complete.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding concrete for levelling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick over roof concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M & L for applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ 0.40 ltr/sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm as binding material and provide modified polymeric five layered APP (Atactic Polypropylene modified Polymeric) membrane with 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film. Min wt of memebrane will be 3.5 kg/sqm and bonded completely to the surfaces with min end overlap of 15 cement mortars and side lap 75 mm (overlaps to be bounded with thermo fused by flame) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make - M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd( Sika WP Shield 103/104, M/s Fosroc Chemicals ( Proofex Tochseal 3 PI), M/s STP Ltd ( Super Thermolay APP PL/MT), M/S IWL India Ltd ( Hyperplas Brand Fibreglass, M/s Tiki Tar Danosa (India) Pvt Ltd ( ''HUDROSTOP' ). Make of Primer - M/S STP Ltd ( Shali Tex Primer), M/S Tiki tar Ltd( WB & OB & Tiki Flash.

M & L apply two coats of bitumenous based aluminium paint on roof complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs complete all as specified and as directed

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint and fixed to walls indl taking down old u/s asbestos cement pipe any bore complete all as specified and as directed

S&F PVC (SWR) bends 110mm bore any radius complete
