Scope of Work: Repairing , Replacement , realignment of Drag Gear Box by replacement of Main Gear Wheel, Motor Pinion Shafts , Intermediate Gear Wheel and Shaft & Pinion, Rebuilding and Co-axial boring of Gear Box housing , Structural cracks repairing in Lower and Upper Drag Gear Casing , Realignment of Entire Gear Train having scope of work as follows- (1) Cleaning of working area. (2) Fabrication of platform for dismantling drag assembly. (3) Dismentaling of drag gear box cover, Drag mail gear wheel and gear train of drag gear box. (4) Structural repair of gear box casting ( Upper and Lower) (5) Re-building and co-axial boring of bearing housing. (6) Assembling drag gear box cover, Drag main gear wheel and gear train of Drag gear box (7) Checking and alignment of drag gear train. Note- Welding electrodes as per requirement will be provided departmentally

Cost/ charges for rebuilding of housing including labour charges, contractor profit etc. (labour consisting of Skilled Fitter, Skilled Welder and Semi skilled Helper manpower)

Charges for co-axial boring of motor pinion housings(04 Nos.)

Charges for co-axial boring of Intermediate pinion housing (02 Nos.)

Charges for co-axial boring of Intermediate shaft beaing block housing

Cost/ charges for assembling Drag gear box cover, Drag main gear wheel and gear train of drag gear box including labour charges, contractor profit etc. (labour consisting of Skilled Fitter, Skilled Welder and Semi skilled Helper manpower)

Cost/ charges for checking and alignment of drag gear train including labour charges contractor profit etc. (labour consisting of Skilled Fitter, Skilled Welder and Semi skilled Helper manpower)

Repairing of Drag Drum pedestal base plate , stiffner plates by replacing damaged plates with new plates and alignment of drag gear system of 24/96 Balram Dragline Scope of Work: 1) Cleaning of working area. (2) Fabrication of platform and support stand (3) Removal of drag pedestal (4) Cutting and fitting of new plate of pedestal base after V preperation. (5) Old damaged stiffener plates removal and fitting of new HT Plates. (6) DP test ( after root layer, after 3 layers, after final welding ) and stress reliaving. (7) Alignment and fitment of pedestal drag drum and bearing cover. (8) Changing of rail. Note : Welding Electrode E7018(3.15mm) - 50 Kg, Welding Electride E7018(4 mm) - 200 Kg., Gausing electrode - 40 Kg, Grinding stones (150mm) for V preparation - 40 Nos. MS Plate -80mm and MS Plate - 60mm as per requirement will be provided by NCL.

Charges for drilling of new holes of dia 60mm in plates of thickness 60mm

Cost/ charges of V preparation in HT Plates including labour charges, contractor profit etc. (labour consisting of Skilled Fitter and Semi skilled Helper manpower)

Cost/ charges for repairing and replacement of base plate of drag pedestal , stiffner plate etc. including labour charges contractor profit etc. (labour consisting of Skilled Fitter, Skilled Welder and Semi skilled Helper manpower)

Charges for DP test ( two side of base plate x 03 Nos. and 02 side of stiffner plate x 03 Nos.)

Charges for stress relieving
