Attending complaints on priroty basis for maintenance of 04 Nos modular and 05 Nos of conventional operation theatre at Command hospital & Base Hospital Lucknow comprising of anesthesia pendent fixed type-02 Nos and sweivel type-02 (Make: MDD), shadowless light fittings) having major and satelite dooms of technical specification mentioned hereinafter,shadowless lights for non-conventional OTs-05 Nos (Make:Philips) speripheral lights 2x55 watts (Make:Philips), scrub sink-04 Nos (Make:MDD), hermatically sealed sliding doors-04 Nos (Make:Metaflux), all as directed at site by Engr in charge. Notes: ( a ) Contractor shall bound to attend the complaint with in one hour after receiving it from JE and AGE. ( b ) Jointly visit shall be arranged by the contractor during changing any spare parts and all the OT lights shall be made functional in all respect and necessary report duly signed by the OT incharge of CH(CC) and Base Hospital and JE Concern shall be submitted to AGE Hosp on Same Day . Inspection note shall be endorsed by technician related of repair works to be carriedout. ( c ) Urgent spares parts shall be readly made available at site during all days by the contractor. (d) Whenever Coplaint attend by technitian also included servicing of same items.

Note : Following parts ( if renewed ) shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items at Supply only rates and unserviceable parts retrieved through replacement shall be measured under Sch of credit.

(ii) Assembling of voltage stabilizer after replacement of unserviceable parts with new serviceable parts as ordered by Engr in Charge.
