Providing cement concrete foundation including excavation for the poles 60 cm X 60 cm X deep 1/6 of pole length in 1:3:6 cement concrete (20 X 25mm stone metal) and 45 cm X 45 cm X 45 cm / 45 cm dia X 45 CM height plinth duly plastered and with necessary curing and finishing in an approved manner.

Supplying & erecting G.I. fly stay set for pole including straining screw, G.I. stay wire, 7/10 SWG (for to 15 mtr. long) with pole clamp, made of 50 x 6 mm MS Flat, complete erected on provided RSJ pole. (Add. Rs.25/- per m for extra length beyond 15m).

Making cement concrete foundation including excavation (60 X 60 X 1.5) cm deep in 1:3:6 cement concrete, (20 to 25) mm stone metal with necessary curing and finishing complete.(for stay)

Supplying and erecting ACSR conductor of size 6/1-4.72mm (Dog) complete. (394.00 kg/ km) as per specification No. OH-CON/ACSR. (Materials to be provided by WCL).

Supplying and erecting ASCR conductor of size. 6/1-3.66 (mink) complete (255 kg/km)as per specification no. OH-CON/ACSR. (Materials to be provided by WCL).

Supplying & erecting G.I. earth wire of high purity of different sizes used for earthing or any other purpose on wall with necessary G.I. Clamps fixed on wall/cable/conduit with screws in an approved manner.

Supplying & erecting porcelain pin type insulator with G.I. pin suitable for 11 KV line, complete as per specification no. OH-INS/PN

Supplying & Erecting porcelain disc type insulator with necessary hardware suitable for 11 kV line, complete as per specification No. OH-INS/DI.

Providing pipe type earthing with 40mm dia. G.I. pipe or 20mm dia. G.I. Rod complete with all materials as per specification No EA-EP

Supplying & Erecting Vee cross arm for11kV HT OH Line with arrangement to fix insulator at 45mm from the end & horizontal distance between insulators 1220 mm bent at angle of 60 degree keeping base 305 mm & the total vertical height of V cross arm as 460 mm and fixed on pole with MS clamps of 80 X 10 mm, nut bolts, washers complete as per specification No. OH-PL/VCA

Supplying & Erecting 75 X 40 X 6 mm with 4.4 mm thick web and 7.3 mm thick flange channel (top pin) with clamp of suitable length so as to maintain vertical clearance of 1065mm for 11 kV, 1320 mm for 22 kV between insulators for erection of top pin insulators complete as per specification No. OH-PL/VCA

Supplying 100 X 50 X 6 mm with 4.7 mm thick web and 7.5mm thick flange channel iron cross arm of suitable length for 2.4m wide D.P. Structure and erecting on DP with 50 X 6 mm clamp as per approved method of construction and complete as per specification No. OH-PL/BKT

Supplying & erecting bracket for guarding of HT OH Line, made from channel iron 1600mm in length and 75 X 40 X 6 mm erected on pole complete as per specification no OH-PL/VCA

Supplying and erecting half clamps for pole made from 50 X 6 mm flat for fixing cross arms by means of 15 mm dia. bolts and nuts painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminum paint.

Supplying & erecting guarding lace for H.T.O.H line with 8 SWG G.I. wire to protect the H.T. overhead line with binding wire of 20 SWG G.I. wire for 75 mm section on either side

Dismantling the existing pole above 6 m height with brackets, clamps, insulators, stay from the cement concrete foundation and making the site clear by refilling the pits with excavated materials and bringing it to the ground level.

Dismantling the existing overhead line including G.I. wires of all sizes without damaging & making the coils in suitable sizes. (Only labour work).

Painting of steel tubular / rail / RSJ pole above 6.0 m length along with street light pole brackets, clamps etc by scrapping the existing paint complete. Specification no CW -PTG/PTP. Per mtr labour cost Rs.55 hence for 10 mtr pole Rs550 & per mtr Material cost Rs. 25 hence for 10 Mtr Pole is Rs. 250

Total impact of GST @ 18% for the purpose of CTC
