M&L dismantling existing interlocking tiles/paver blocks as in floors, and removing serviceable interlocking tiles/paver blocks to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured machine pressed precast rubber moulded concrete interlocking (Grey/red/yellow) paver block of any shape and size having high glossy finish confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, laid dry over and including 50 mm thick screened river washed sand cushion, complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only precast cement concrete interlocking paver block of any shape, size and grade, laid dry over and including 50 mm thick screened river washed sand cushion, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Interlocking paver blocks retreived from srl item No-1 here-in-before shall be used only.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors, foot path etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured machine pressed precast rubber moulded concrete kerb stones of size 150mmx100mmx400mm, M-20 Grade, any shape conforming IS with grey cement set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary earth work and removal of soil, including demolition of existing kerb stones of any size and shape complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered concrete surfaces of kerb stones etc, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered concrete surfaces of kerb stones etc, by scrapping down smoke, roots, moulds, salts and treading oil and greasy spots with wire brush including removing all nails and washing down and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of reinforced cement concrete pipes 300mm dia, class NP2, in short length n. exc. 1.5m each as in drain out pipe to foot path complete sealing both end with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 laid and jointed with collars, incl. necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, including removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m from starting point and making the surface good complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raking out joints/ pointing in cement mortar to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses stone masonry built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- The quoted rates include for racking or cutting out joints and decayed mortar etc, not less than 12mm deep, washing the joints, removing rubbish off the premises, and keeping the surface to be pointed wet for two days prior to re-pointing.

M&L for flush pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) including demolition of existing brick work of any description, set in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down cement or cement lime plaster on stone or bricks wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc,complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, ground masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd medium coated as per IS 4826 fencing 75mmx75mm mesh and 3mm dia of wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type and standards, rails, straining bolts etc, including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain mild steel wire, galvanised class 3, in fencing including straining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts and/or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc. as directed(each line of wire to be measured) conforming to 4826 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts 5mm to 10mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted, over and including a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described n. exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.
