Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth worki lift upto 1.50 mtr. height, stacking the Stacked soil in 15cm. (fifteen centimeter) thick layers, when required in to plinth sides of foundations etc., consolidating eacearth adted layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated per direction of Engineer-in-charge withinleads and lifts. complete for all floors Filling in plinth with sand under floor including watering ramming consolidating and dressing.

Providing P.C.C grade M 10 nominal mix 1:3:6 concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

2.40 metre high fencing with 3.30 metres ballies posts, 300mm girth (minimum) with 2.50 metre centre to centre with 12 horizontal lines and two diagonais of galvanised steel bar bed wire (IS:278-1962 type-1) weight 9.38 kg. per 100 metre (minimum) strained and fixed to posts with G.I. stoples including coal tarring of ballies complete (cost of posts, struts and straining bolts shall be paid for seperately).

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade: ates New work (Two or more coats applied @ for external plaster are for height upto3.28 ltr/10 sqm)
