Comprehensive maintenance, servicing, repair/replacement of defective/unsv parts of RO Plant having purity capacity 25 litres per hour. Routine checking and testing of the RO shall be done for the period of 11 months. Contractor will be responsible for continuous serviceability of each RO during each month complete all as specified and directed. Note :-1. Unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately under the respective items.

Supply only the spare parts for RO plant having capacity 25 Ltrs of Make: Wave/Ion Exchange/ Aquaguard or equivalent as approved by GE/ Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and shall be replaced under the item No1:- Note:- PPF/ Filter shall be checked practically for each month to know the serviceability of the filter by JE/ Engr-in-Charge to replace it every month. (if required)

(if required)

RO PVC Pipes suitable for RO capacity 60 ltr. Note for item 1 & 2 :- The contractor's quoted rates shall be deemed to include for all type of the repairs, replacement and renewals of the parts of "RO Plant" and its connected installation except replacement of motor & base of the RO body to maintain the RO plant fully functional in all respects. If the plants found unfunctional for more than 24 hours , a sum of Rs. 50/- per day per unserviceable plant will be recovered from the contractor dues as penalty.
