Cleaning and sweeping the roads, platforms, pavements, open areas and surroundings of buildings and structures in Raj Bhavan campus by collecting the spreaded fallen leaves and fallen shrubs from trees, removing the unwanted plant growths etc., and assisting the conveyance to waste collection yard. Collecting waste paper, use and throw articles other than plant or tree waste and assisting the conveyance to the waste collection yard without spoiling the other areas and maintaining the campus neatly, etc., complete and as shown by the departmental officers and officers in charge.

Supply of following cleaning materials for day to day usage for the labourers engaged for cleaning the roads, platforms, pavements, open areas and removing blocks, sweeping, collecting and conveying the waste to collection spot and removing unwanted plant growths in the buildings etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
