Disconnection of pumpset from panel and decouple after removing the coupling , nut bolt, etc as required.

Dismantling the pump set from the MS Base frame by cutting of rusted nut bolts by gas cutter and electric welding set, removing all the nuts, bolts of suction and delivery side sluice valve, NRV, tappers, bands etc and lifting the pump and motor on ground level by manually with labors etc as required

Removing the MS base frame from the RCC foundation after cutting of foundation nuts bolts, by gas cutter and welding set and lifting it with by manually with labors etc as required.

Breaking the RCC foundation by hammer, chisel electric vibrator by labor etc as required.

S/o Horizontal split casing pump capable of giving discharge 210-250 m3/hr at 40-45 mtr. head fitted with C.I. impeller with standard fitting suitable with 40HP motor. Make: Kirloskar/ M&P/ DJB approved.

S/o 40HP 1450 -1600 rpm 3 phase, 415 V TEFC squirrel cage foot mounted electric induction motor. Make kirloskar/ ABB/Crompton/DJB approved make.

Fabrication of MS Base Frame made from MS Channel size 150mm x 75mm & cross support and also fixing with MS vertical support U channel and 6 nos drilling for foundation bolt as per existing site required.

Breaking of floor with help of machines and manual labour , lifting and placing at safer place 20 watt DG set for maintain place for pump set installation.

S/o Nuts bolts and washers of required size.

S/o Neoprene packing.

Supply & Fixing of tyre coupling duly bore suitable for centrifugal pump set. Make: Unique/ Fenner

S/o coupling guard suitable for centrifugal pump set.

Supply & fixing of pressure gauge for delivery side of the pump along with copper/ G.I. tubing soldering etc as required. Make: Febig / HGuru.

Making of RCC foundation of the centrifugal pump set by cutting the floor level of the pump house up to suitable depth and refilling it with the help of RCC mixture up to suitable height of the suction line including the cost of plastering of newly made foundation and SS foundation bolts of 300 mm length X 25 mm diaetc as required Size of foundation, TMT Bar of 12 mm ( 150 Kg/Cum)

Earthing of electrical equipments by using suitable size of G.I. strip with the existing earth electrode. Size 25X5 mm

Installation and fixing of the pump and motor on the base frame including couple the pump and motor jointing the pump with suction/ delivery line with proper alignment. the job also include fixing of Valves, laying of cable and making thimbling of cable on both ends by 50sq. mm 6 Nos thimbles, making connection the motor from starter/panel etc i/c watch and ward, cartage , loading and unloading taking all safety precaution arrangement, all tools and tackles the work including testing and commissioning all E&M equipment i/c pump and motor at no load and full load in the presence of Engineer In Charge .

Testing on load for any leakages in suction line in presence of engineer-in-charge.
