Carting away surplus excavated earth available with in the campus is to be carted to a lead of within 10 KM from site. The rate shall include loading into the tipper/ lorry transporting and unloading, leveling and the earth scooped by bulldozers grading etc.,complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Departmental Officers. Rate to include materials, loading, unloading, transportation, plant and machinery, hire and fuel charges for tools and plants and other incidental charges, royalties, seignorage and taking statutory approvals as necessary to carry out the work as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and constructing cast in situ 600mm dia bored piles in M30 grade concrete using blended cement - slag cement with minimum cement content of 400kg/m³ in accordance with the structural engineers drawings and directions, but exculding reinforcement including concrete cost of mobalization of all necessary plants, equipment's like piling rigs, temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out cardinal points and the removal of the same, boring in overburden, using bentonite mud circulation technique or any other method duly through all strata upto the foundation level of piles etc., complete all as approved by the departmental engineer. Further include dewatering, placing concrete by tremie pipe method, disposal of bored material outside the site. Including Chipping carefully cut off portion of piles as required without any damage to the piles and dressing the top and removing all the debris away from the site with out any extra cost as directed including the cost of all tools, plants, conveyance, all labour, lead and lift required etc .

Carrying out initial pile load test on specified dia piles as specified in IS:291 1 (Part 4). Includes all plant, equipment, machinery. instruments, measuring devices, platforms and kentledge pile caps etc., dismantling and carting away entire setup, excavation and dewatering etc., all complete

Carrying out Dynamic load test on Bored cast-in-situ pile as specified in IS:2911 (Part 4)for specified test loads.( 450 mm dia ). Includes all plant, equipment, machinery, instruments, measuring devices, platforms and kentledge pile caps etc., dismantling and carting away entire setup, excavation and dewatering etc., all complete

Supply Conducting Pile integrity test (PIT) on the piles under each cluster by using a 6 lbs nylon lipped hand held hammer, glueing sensitive accelerometer on top of the pile by petro wax or petroleum jelly after making the pile head smooth and even by disc grinder, providing stage wise and final report along with revevant conclusions etc., as directed by Client / engineer-in-charge. as per latest IS-2911.

Earth work excavation for all foundations in all type of soils and sub soils to the required depth for Footings, plinth / grade beams, etc,. by mechinaries including manual excavation for the following type of soil / rock as per detailed specification. As per SS 20B as hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and including refilling 0 to 2.0m depth consolidation depositing the surplus earth in places shown clearing and leveling the site with an initial lead of 10 metre and lifts as specified hereunder etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Filling with M - sand in foundation and others sub structures for 100mm thick and well watered, rammed and consolidated by power compacter. The rate includes the cost of M sand, compacting with mechanical compactors, labour charges for leveling, loading & Unloading and Transportation charges etc., complete and as per the standard specification

Providing Pre construction Anti termite treatment for the building including all chemicals as per standard specifications. Labour charges for preparing the areas for treatment spraying chemicals and other incidential charges etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of giving anti-termite treatment to the building for the following four stages including breaking the termite mounds making holes with crow bars at an intervel of 12"to a depth of 8" in the periphery of building and pouring chemicals etc., complete as per ISI 6313-1981 and. The antitermite chemicals used should have 0.5% concentration with 3L solution for the entire operation etc. as directed by the Engineer incharge and including cost of chemicals labour transportion etc.,

Stage:1 Spraying Anti-termite treatement chemicals solution for the foundation before laying the foundation concrete bottom and sides of the foundation. Stage:2 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution to the grade beams level spraying has to be done for the grade beams brick masonry in the superstructure in contact with back fill earth. Stage:3 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution on sand for the flooring before laying the flooring concrete. The treatment has to be carried out on the sand filling the basement after leveling operation is over. Stage:4 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution around the building outside of the building by making crow bar holes at an intervel of 12" to a depth of 8" around the building before laying the plinth projection. This holes has to be be closed after the treatment.

Construction of Granular sub-base of 150mm compacted thickness by providing laying, spreading and compacting of Close graded Material conforming to Grading V of Table 400-1 of MORTH clause 401 ,mixing in a Wet Mix Plant of 200 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers withmotor grader o n prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading maintenance of diversion road loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., to achieve minimum CBR value of 30%(Compacted Thickness) in accordance with MORTH technical specification clause No. 401 and with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge of work

Terrace Waterproofing Supply and laying water proofing treatment for terrace covering the following order and consisting of following operations. i) Making V' grooves at the construction joints of size 20 x 20 mm and filling the "V" Groove with CICO No. 3 Quick Setting Waterproofing Compound admixed with cement.The roof slab gutter slab shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove debris and dust, and applying 2 coats not less than 2 mm of polymer based Elastomeric Coating like TAPECRETE - RTU compound and cured for 7 days and followed by a layer of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 admixed with CICO NO: 1 (or) other approved equivalent make shall be spread over the prepared surface

The gap cement mortar 1:4 admixed with compound like CICO NO:1 or approved equivalent afterwards curing shall be carried out for two days a final layer of cement mortar of 1:3 admixed with water proofing compound like CICO NO:1 or approved equivalent make shall be laid to a thickness of 20 mm and draw a false line of 300 mm x 300 mm.

On the spread mortar provide and lay well burnt brick bats (COBA) to a average minimum thickness of 55 mm (i.e.. minimum 40 mm thickness at lower end and 70 mm thickness at higher end). An additional layer of brick bat (COBA) shall be laid over the existing brick bat COBA surface if required to get the required gradient for adequate drainage giving a slope of approximately 1 in 120, which will be measured separately under relevant item.

The parapet side wall / gutter wall shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove all dust particles and a layer of 15 mm thick C.M 1:3 shall be laid to a height of about 300 mm above the top of the terrace/Gutter slab on the Parapet / Gutter side wall admixed with water proofing compound like the CICO NO:1 or approved equivalent make. Providing, supplying, mixing, applying two coats of ready to use two component Acrylic polymer modified cement based, flexible, water proofing slurry like or approved equivalent to a thickness of 2 mm over the plastered surface of operation as per manufacturer's specification and as directed.(Plan area of Terrace only will be measured for payment )

Supplying and laying of Top of roof with Solar reflective tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as per The the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before useon works)

LIGHTING ROD Supply of Early Streamer Emission Air Terminal (ESEAT). Model: L The ESEAT has corrosion resistant stainless chrome body made up of AISI 316 grade of height 0.50 metres capable of working in hazardous atmosphere. The Air terminal is non-radioactive and requires no special licensing.
