Laying sagging stringing and binding and jumpering of ACSR Weasel Conductor at 11 KV/LT line as per RESPO norms It includes the cost of labour, T & P carrier etc required for proper completion of work.

Erection and grouting stay of ratio 1:2:4 (cement, sand and bricks balast) as per RESPO norms including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. Grouting material i.e. cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Fixing of earthing rod as per RESPO norms including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.

Installation of 11 KV VCB (H.T 11 KV 3 PHASE 50 Hz Indoor type totally enclosed metal clade switchgear complete with vacuum circult vreaker havying rupturing capacty 250 mva ) in proper alignment and direction and jointing of earthing strips with help of gas welding and making cable connection including shifting dragging with all other associated works.

Filling of 11KV Indoor/outdoor cable Jointing Kit (3×120 sqmm) and making connection as per RESPO norms.

Filling of 11KV Indoor/outdoor cable Jointing Kit (3×95 sqmm) and making connection as per RESPO norms.

Guarding of HT line by laying, stringing, sagging and binding of 2 Nos. parallel GI wire 6 SWG fabrication and fixing of guarding angle and fabrication and fixing of X-guards (Tillis) of GI wire at distance of 3 Mtr. including the cost of arrangement of abour, T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.

S&F in replacment of cable route indicators made out of M.S. Sheet of size 45 cm x30 cm of 2 mm thick with writing HT cable with M.S. Angle frame and two nos legs of 12 mtr long of size 25x25x5mm fixed on ground in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) Plateform of size 15x15x15 cm including the cost of arrangement of abour, T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.

Painting of 11 Mtr. Long ST Poles (04 Nos.) with single coat of red oxide primer and Double coat of Aluminium paint as per RESPO norms.

Hoisting and Stringing of 11 KV 3x120 sqmm XLPE overhead Cable with 6" Dia G.I. Pipe includes unroling cutting / megaring & sealing both ends as per Norms. (Above G.I. Pipe 6" Dia provide & fixing by Contractor at his own cost).

Laying of 11 KV 3x120 sqmm XLPE Cable in trench with and mounting (Double Circuit i.e. 192x2= 384 Mtr.) with Construction of RCC Trench 110x600x600mm with with required all material and (RCC Cover size 100x600x1000mm) filling of sand in trench then laying earth and its levelling. complete work as RESPO norms. including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P and all required material for proper completion of work.

Laying of 11 KV 3x120 sqmm XLPLE cable double circuit (i.e 650x2 = 1300 Mtr.) due to crossing by drill machine/ H.D.D. Machine threw H.D.P.E. Pipe 6" Dia including the cost of arrangment of labour, T&P & Drill mchine/H.D.D. machine as per RESPO norms.

Cost of Disemntaling Existing Line ie. Material (11 Mtr H.T. Poles-16 Nos., ACSR Conductor of any size/capacity (03 Nos) from HT poles, Including insulators, M.S. Clamp etc completed and specified as directe and deposit to Air Force/MES store with presence of section holder of IAF/FMES. (Apprx 00-50 KM)
