PRIME COST SUM Provide Prime cost sum for designing, supply and fixing structural glazing for Sch "A" Part I item no 1 for the locations shown on drgs complete . (i) Add/deduct__________% (Contractor to quote lumpsum amount in column 6 which will be converted to percentage over /below) Amount quoted by the contractor shall not exceed 15% above the amount incerted in col 5. However contractor may quote lower amount than inserted in col 5 . If contractor quotes amount more than 15% then it will be reduced/ revised to 15% only.

(ii) The unit rate includes the cost of GI pipe light grade for protection of earth wire and 4mm dia earh lead wire upto 7.5 M. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY--

Material and labour for contruction of valve pit Brick/stone/PCC block masonary constructed of size 900 x 900x 900mm (Internal dimensions) complete with mild steel sheet cover 3mm thick and angle iron frame of size 50x 50x 6mm , heavy duty fabricated hinges duly painted with two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including locking arrangement and lifting handle including plastering in 1:4 cement mortar, 15mm thick, complete all as specified including excavation and earth work in any type of strata, plastering all walls surfaces internally and flush pointing to brick work externally competely all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELETRIFICATION -

Supply & fixing LED street light fitting pressure dia cast aluminum housing IP-66 with all accessoreis of minimum 45 Watt 240 Volt, 50 Hz complete with and including connection from junction box to fitting connecter with suitable multistranded copper conductor cable of 2.5 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE-Cost of LEDs included in unit rate quoted.

Supply and fixing 40 mm bore or next suitable size ( for LED fittings) light grade GI bracket 1.20 mtr long bent to shape by cutting welding and well finishing including MS clamp of flat iron of size 40x6mm suitable length 2 nos complete for steel tubular poles with nuts bolts and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on MS clamp complete all as specified & directed.

S & F street light Engineering plastic one piece moulding control box (size 350x250x150mm) with locking arrangment made out of HDPE and FI clamp 25 x 3 mm complete including MCB SP 6 Amp 240 Volts complete with 04 Nos aluminum busbar of rating 63 amps for phase and neutral on porcelain based insulators and fixing clamps to pole for street lights, all as required and directed at site.Make- Sintex/ Hensel/ Eqv.

M & L for Boring of holes under road/railway crossing, pavement, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine suitable for and including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

S & F intelligent outdoor street light control for single phase load of capacity of 1 KW including MCB,power contactor and SMC enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for LT cable route indicator , 6mm thick CI plate of size 100mm dia welded to MS angle iron 50x50x6 mm embeded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 block size 150x150x160 mm and painted with brown colour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60 cm X 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32 X 6 mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test point electrode, PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe 20mm dia protection pipe etc and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Supply, Installation, testing and commisioning of water heater storage type metallic outer body and Copper inner container of 25 Ltrs capacity, electric suitable for single phase, 50Hz, AC supply,5 star rating, including all necessary fittings and fixtures with 2.5 sqmm multistranded 3 core copper conductor cable PVC sheathed of suitable length,PVC connection with brass couplingwashers etc uo to 450 mm dia long suitable for 15 mm dia PVC pipe as required on site with three pin plug top complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Insulated stainless steel Hot water storage tank non pressure type made of stainless steel grade 04 Cr 18 NI or 07 Cr 18 NI of IS 1570 (Part-3)-1985, TIG tank welded of 100 ltrs capacity non magnetic tank with stainless steel fitting with following specification -01 No Shall be insulated with 40mm thermal grade PU insulation FRP cladding, tank stand assembly shall be made of angle of size 38x38x4 mm duly pretreated and stove enammeled with black colour paint. (d) Provision of electric back up minimum 2 KW heating element including providing all necessary items like 1 x 16 Amp MCB SP 10 KA rupturing capacity fixed in enclosure and sub-main wiring in and including concealed conduit with 4 sqmm single core stranded copper conductor conductor, PVC insulated wire from outlet of MCB to electric back up with connected acessories- 01 Job. The solar water heater system shall be provided on roof of single/double story building, the electric back up connection shall be tapped from sub main board provided at ground floor (e) Heat exchanger shall be cage type and make of stainless steel tube of grade for Cr 18 NI of IS 1570 (part-V)-1885 (f) All other pipe/ civil work, steel staging work with min 50 x 50 x 6mm angle iron frame and 6mm thick MS sheet base for PVC tank ,including rotational moulded PVC water storage tank of 500 ltr capacity each including guarding against wind pressure, electrical work outlet and inlet thermometer, air release valve, chek valve gate valve, control and instrument etc of as required shall be deemed to be including in unit rate quoted. System internal piping shall be ISI marked PP-R pipe SDR 7.4 &SDR 11 UV stabilized and antimicrobial duly insulated with 50mm thick of rock wool of 48 Kg/Cum density and 26 SWG aluminium cladding. Note :- (i) The system shall be tested on completion to ensure that 100 (as specified) liters of water at 60 degree centigrade is available in hot water tank on a normal. Normal water pipes and accessories from the normal water over head tank to inlet of plate collector shall be deemed to be included in the cost. similarly hot water pipes from hot water storage tank to bathroom/kitchen shall be deemed to be included in the cost.

Supply, install, connecting and testing of water cooler fully stainless steel non- corrosive electric driven (single phase) having approx storage capacity 150 Ltrs self contained drinking water cooler with (Non - CFC refrigerent) energy efficient compressor and nominal cooling capacity of 140 Ltrs/Hrs including connecting of incoming and outgoing GI pipe medium grade and gate valve of suitable size with necessary PVC Nylone braided pipe, PCC platform including drainig water provision etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & install refrigerator ,electric driven (single phase), 230 Volts, single phase, 50 HZ ,BEE certified minimum 5 star rating) capacity 195 Litres frost free complete .

Supply, installation and testing of commercial evaporative type Air cooler (Desert Cooler) Plastic body, 230 Volts, single phase, having capacity of 4000 cum/hr (450 mm Sweep) Water storage capacity not less than 40 Ltrs, 15 mm dia floot valve and suitable PVC connectors, moquesto proofing net for all sides including fixing arrangements with suitable size of MS angle iron stand with wheel arrangments complete .

Supply & install voltage stabiliser for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of + or - 2.5% for 2 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- The outdoor unit shall be fixed on wall with standard bracket or fixed on roof /floor with proper MS stand. The cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for RCC hume pipe culvert 450mm bore dia and 5.60 meter long, class NP-2 (single pipe) laid and jointed complete with collar with PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and disposal of surplus soil at a distance not exceeding 50 meter, encasing, bedding and hunching of hume pipe in PCC (1:3:6) type C- 1, stone masonry 380 mm thick in CM (1:6) for parapet wall, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 as in coping, 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on walls including three coats of white wash on plastered surface complete all as shown on drawing No CEBZ/TD/119/2011 Sheet 1/1 and as specified.

Construction of balance portion of Septic tank including excavation, in any type of soil, foundation In PCC 1:2:4 type B-2, brick work in CM 1:4, RCC M25 (with and including reinforcement), Slab covers including RCC precast manhole cover having 6mm plate embedded all around/fibre reinforced cover with angle iron frame Vent pipe shaft and sludge chambers etc., complete for 200 users all as specified and shown in drawing No. CEBZ/TD/77/2011 Sheet 1/3 & 3/3. Note: The work for above Item No 01 partially executed upto approx 95% by previous contractor shall be handed over to the contractor on “as is where is” basis. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to complete the balance work as per drawings, specification and other conditions of CA including rectification of defects if any left out by previous contractor in such a manner that the finally completed works are structurally sound. However, before quoting the tender, tenderers are requested to visit the site of work and actually workout the quantities of left over works for full and entire completion of the work including minor extra as required to execute the work in a workmanship like manner.

Construction of balance portion of Soakage wells including excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, wells of honey combed and solid in M-25 Concrete type C2, including intercepting chamber, screen chamber Brick work in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25/ RR masonry/ filling with brick bats, complete of size 3m in dia and 6.00m in deep (effective depth) all as specified and shown in drawing No.CEBZ/TD/78/2011 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2. Note: The work partially executed upto approx 80% by previous contractor shall be handed over to the contractor on “as is where is” basis. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to complete the balance work as per drawings, specification and other conditions of CA including rectification of defects if any left out by previous contractor in such a manner that the finally completed works are structurally sound. However, before quoting the tender, tenderers are requested to visit the site of work and actually workout the quantities of left over works for full and entire completion of the work including minor extra as required to execute the work in a workmanship like manner.
