M&L PVC Insulated Weather proof multicore FRLS PVC sheathed multistranded cables with bright annealed copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm 3 core for connection of light to pole box including taking down old unsv onece complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, laying testing and commissoning in repair of LT cable XLPE insulated with FRLS loading factor on inner and outer sheath of Extruded PVC and wire armoured electric power cables (hevy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 16 sqmm 4 core with including taking down old unsv ones complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil (soft/loose soil) not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth LT under ground cables/GI pipes for trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, watering and well reaaing in layers not exceeding 25 cm in layers complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning in trenches for cushioning of LT underground cable including spreading, levelling, well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in depth, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sub class 'B' bricks of standard size for cable protection in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade 15 mm dia for protection pipe for fixing along the pole with necessary clamps, nut bolt washers including taking down old unsv ones complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for protection pipe including taking down old unsv ones complete all as specified and directed .

Boring/Drilling (horizontally) manually under 2m deep in soil below existing road suitable for passing GI tubing of 40 to 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Steel Tubular Poles complete with and including cast iron base plate , finial taper plug, bolts , nuts & screws, type 410 SP-55 (11 Mtr long), also including painting to the external exposed surfaces with 2 coats of aluminium paint over 1 coat of red oxide primer and with 2 coats of black bituminous paint over 1 coat of red oxide primer to the external exposed surfaces of steel poles embedded in the ground / concrete after preparation of the surfaces, numbering to the poles, complete in all respect complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation & Earth Work, concrete for foundation and coping shall only be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for cement concrete type B2(1:2:4) (using 40mm graded stone aggrgate) for pole foundation and copeing including provision of necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for street light control panel 3 phase 6 KW capacity complete as specified in Havells, Cat No-IHXTS03060 OR EQV APPROVED MAKE WITH SAME SPECIFICATIONS.

M&L for street light junction box with 2mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated, of size (Width X Depth X Height) (8'' X6" X 10"), with rain shed all side except back side, internaly fitted 04 Nos 20mm copper bus bar suitable length with necessary color coad and holes and nut bolts, fitted with necessary insulators, necessary cable entry/exit holes upto 35 sqmm cable at bottom and fixing and connection with necessary clamps etc complete all as specified and directed by the Eng-in-Charge

M&L repairs of LT panels/ bus bar chamber/ feeder piller box of size less than equal to 1000 mm (Height ) x1000 mm (Bredth) x500 mm (Depth) by excavation of all loops and removing damaged UG cable portion to the panel and connecting new thimbles /lugs/ cable glands and fixing of new neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof with fixing of new locking arragement and replacement of LT panel wiring with appropriate size of copper conductor and repairing of rusted parts of panel frame and supporting channel with necessary welding works including preparation and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint and one coat of aluminiume spray paint on out side surface of panel. Note:- The unit rate quoted is included with cost of earth work and PCC foundation (1:3:6) type C2 and and new thimbles /lugs/ cable glands / neoprene rubber gaskets/busbar/ LT panel wirings/ welding works/ paintings, sand fillings in loops etc. as required.

Supply only LED type Phase indicating lamps (Red, Orange, Blue) have to be fitted in existing LT Panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only CTs (Accuracy class 1.0 ,CT Ratio-200/5, Burden-15VA, 3 phase) have to be fitted in existing LT Panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissining in repair of MCCB 400A, with spreader terminals, 36KA 4 pole Ics =100%Icu with thermal megnetik protection unit of suitable size have to be fitted in existing LT Panel including taking down of old unsv one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissining in repair of MCCB 250A, with spreader terminals, 36KA 4 pole Ics =100%Icu with thermal megnetik protection unit of suitable size have to be fitted in existing LT Panel complete including old unsv one complete all as specified and directed.
