The prime mover shall have the following features: (i) Fuel pump as supplied by OEM (ii) Electronic governor (iii) Turbo charger, pulse tuned exhaust manifold, stainless steel exhaust flexible connection (iv) Radiator, coolant inhibitor, Low temperature after cooling (LTA) (V) lub oil cooler (vi) Full flow paper element filters-fuel, lube oil and by-passs (vii) Dry type replaceable paper element for air cleaner with restriction indicator (viii) Fly wheel housing & fly wheel to suit single bearing Alternator (ix) Starting Electric battery charging alternator (x) first fill lub oil (b) Fuel Storage Tank of adequate capacity for 12 hrs run along with cover, locking arrangement, level indicator in litres, inlet strainer, fuel out let, air vent, drain plug, incl MS Staging to the required height, fuel line up to DG Set with MS pipe of suitable dia, Fuel transfer pump with By pass connecting system all as per Manufacturer's recommendations. (c) Alternator shall confirm to IS-4722 of 1968 in SPDP constructions with IP23 degree of protection, Class 'H' insulation for Stator, Rotor and Exciter. Brashless excitation system with exciter filed supplied from the solid state regulator.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel , procteded by GI pipe 15 mm bore( light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) and chamber and coping shall be in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg. 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg. reinforced with 8 mm dia MS tor bar @ 80 mm c/c both ways including excvation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR PT 1, 1991 with charcoal dust and salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point (up to main switches, DBs), complete all as specified & testing on completion. NOTE:- (i) Item includes the cost of 1.5 mtr length GI pipe for protection for GI earth wire. (ii) item rates includes the cost of 7.5 mtr GI earth wire.

All as per Item No.-125 here-in-above, but using 32x6mm galvanised earth strip as earth wire and protected with 40mm dia light grade glavanised pipe, complete all as specified & testing on completion.
