Demolishing cement concrete manually by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50 metres lead as per direction of engineer in charge, 1:3:6 or richer mix

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth up to 1.0 KM and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed soil to be leveled and neatly dressed etc. completed and disposing off the surplus materials to a maximum lead of 1.0 KM. radius as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying at site of good earth excavated and brought from outside (borrow pits / stock piles) free from weeds, roots, rubbles and other foreign material including royalty and carriage and filling in trenches, plinth and sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and lift upto 1.5m etc. complete (only consolidated fill shall be paid).

Providing and laying 150 mm thick stone soling under floors properly hand packed, filling interstices with spalls, gravels and inert fine material and consolidating to required gradient and camber, spreading, watering etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer.

Providing and laying cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in retaining walls, return walls, walls(any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed block, anchor block, window sills, fillets etc. at all level including transporting of concrete to site, laying including cost of finishing, curing etc. all complete including the cost of centering and shuttering as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth level of building & upto 3.00 Mtr. height from NGL for boundary/compound wall with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement :6 Coarse sand) including cost of labour, materials, curing, raking out the joints, finishing, scaffoldings etc. all complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer in charge.

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine sand): Raised and cut pointing including finishing, curing, scaffoldings etc. complete at all height as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work of battened frame with sheathing having plywood lining / MS angle frame with sheathing of MS plate lining so as to give fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor not exceeding 3.5 meters to ceilings and removal of same for foundation, footings, columns, wall, Suspended floors, stairs, landings, balconies, lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, cantilevers and access platform etc. complete at all level of floors / roof as per specifications and direction of Engineer in charge. Note: Only brand new form-work /shuttering especially fabricated for this work shall only be accepted with the limited repetitions of the same allowed till the surface remains even, and dent free. Only steel scaffolding i.e. pipe, channels etc. shall be allowed for this work.

Providing and laying Thermo-Mechanically Treated reinforcement bars of grade as specified in drawings/specifications and as directed by engineer conforming to IS: 1786 latest revision or the latest relevant code for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with 20 gauge annealed binding wire and cement mortar cover block of all size in C.M. 1:2 MIX etc. all complete-as per drawings, specifications & direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of M25 grade for Reinforced cement concrete or other works using 20mm size stone aggregates including transporting of concrete to site for laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement, including cost of finishing, compaction, curing, approved chemical admixtures conforming to IS 9103 in recommended proportions for achieving slump approximately 100 mm and water/ cement ratio not more than 0.42 at all level & for all sections as per drawings, specifications & direction of Engineer-in-charge. Use of concrete retarding agent / accelerator conforming to IS 9103 shall also be done if situation demands so. Rates should be based on using 350 kg of OPC 43 grade cement per Cum of concrete.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and frame work M.S. door & fix ventilators, anchors etc made out M.S. angle, channels, flats, rods, bars, weld mesh, M.S. pipe etc including supplying, cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying two coat of approved quality synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per standard design, including the cost of all material and labour complete- as per drawings , specifications & direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing hand rail of G.I. Pipe of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase/roof railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer. Note:- Bidder should quote their rate considering charges of anchorage bolt for fixing of hand rail.

Providing corrugated Gal Valume sheet ( Color complying to ASTM A792, base metal thickness 0.60mm or more , alloy coating AZ 150 (Aluminium 55%, Zin 43.50% and Silicon 1.5%),Yield Strength: 350 MPA, Paint coating regular modified polyster top coat 25 microns & bottom coat 12 microns epoxy, top color: Combination of Blue and Off White and bottom color grey)roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diaMetre with bitumen and G.I. limpet washer or with G.L limpet washer filled with white lead (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) , excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and laying Mild steel reinforcement bars for expansion joint and Tor steel reinforcemnt bars in longitudnel joints in concrete road work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing the bars in position etc. all complete- as per drawings , specifications & direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 40mm dia 350mm long best quality PVC Sheathing around the exposed portion of the 32mm dia mild-steel bars at construction joints, wrapping cotton waste with grease etc. all around the bars including pluging the end with PVC cap all complete as per drawing, specification and direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position premolded expansion joint filler board of 25mm thickness of universal asphalt or Shalitex STP as approved confirming to IS 1838 (part-I) as per specifications.

Providing and fixing in position bitumen hot sealing compound Using grade 'A' sealing compound including cutting of contraction /Expansion/Construction joints in concrete using mechanical concrete cutter including cost of diamond bit cutting wheel etc. For expansion joints of size 25mm X 25mm

Providing and fixing in position bitumen hot sealing compound Using grade 'A' sealing compound including cutting of contraction /Expansion/Construction joints in concrete using mechanical concrete cutter including cost of diamond bit cutting wheel etc. For Contraction/construction joint of 15mm x 20mm size.

Supplying providing and installation plain aluminium fire resistant pannel false ceiling using square edge pannels confirming to super silk 84C or equivalent of approved shade framed out of 0.5 mm thick aluminium alloy powder coated on exposed sides fixed on roll formed careers of 0.40 mm thick galvanized stove panelled black protruding arms to hold pannels in module of 100 mm (16 mm gap between pannels). The carries to be suspended from aluminium grid work or soffit of the slab /beam /walls with suitable suspended system maximum 1.5m meter centre to centre with turn buckle /level adjuster connecting nuts bolts washers fixing screws all complete as per specifications manufacturers details. drawing and as directed by the engineer Note:- (The rates shall be inclusive of all materials lobour etc. for the finished works) The rates shall also include provisions for necessary arrangements cut out required for providing lighting grill defusers and removal pannels with positive snab lock device etc. as per drawing all including fabrication and erection of the suspension system.
